Lo que no me gusting que el dia martes 25 de agosto llege al hotel con mi familia y El hombre del matador no saludo solo le dije voy a checar mi reservation y rl me dijo dame tu licencia de manejo le dije no tengo y el me dijo no te puedo dar una habitación y le dije como ai el dia domingo vine reserve y no me pusieron nada y le enseñe mi reservación que tenía en mi celular y me hizo mala cara

Disgusting and dangerous facilities, amazing staff members.

The place is both specious and very good personal.

Cons:

Was 2 times changed of room because the facilities of each room are rotten and of bad quality. The a/c doesn’t work properly and each of the rooms I was changed to, the first incident was some of the room falling apart. In the same room, the room flooded because some faucet malfunctioned. The bathtub and faucet were rotten with signs of not being cleaned properly and were difficult to use.

The neighborhood is plagued by homelessness, and the surrounding area emits an unpleasant odor reminiscent of toiletries.

Great location to all the places we wanted to see. Rooms were very spacious. And the outdoor pool was awesome! And the bartender Justin was great. He made our time in the evenings joyable. He deserves to be recognized for doing a great job!!

LA HABITACION ESTABA SUCIA, EL LAVAPLATOS TENIA LATAS, LA MESA ESTABA CON CAFE DERRAMADI Y HABIA MEDIAS SUCIAS DEL HUESPED ANTERIOR. PUSIMOS LA QUEJA, DIJERON QUE LA LIMPIARIAN, PERO EN LA NOCHE CUANDO REGRESAMOS SOLO HABIAN RECOGIDO LAS MEDIAS SUCIAS. EL MUGRE EN EL LAVAPLATOS Y LA MESA SEGUIAN IGUAL.
