Veldig behjelpelige resepsjonsdamer!
Pros:

Det er to minutters gange fra metro Tehnologiceski institut til hotellet. Hotellet ligger i den sentrale delen av sentrum, så man slipper å tenke på å tidene for broåpning om natten, hvis man er ute på vift nattestid.

Hotellet ligger i en gammel bygård. Damene som jobber i resepsjonen åpner døren for deg til alle døgnets tider. De er kjempehyggelig og behjelpelige.

Jeg hadde noen utfordringer med både varmtvannet som forsvant pga et sprengt vannrør i byen, WIFI som var litt vinglete og strømmen som gikk en gang. Men jeg er godt kjent med byen og landet, og vet at dette er ting som stadig skjer, overalt.

Romstandarden var enkel. De sanitære forholdene i Russland er ofte ulike det vi er vant med. Jeg vet at det ofte kreves i gamle bygårder i Russland, men for turister kan det være litt uvant å måtte kaste toalettpapir i en bøtte.

Resepsjomsdamene vasket tøy for meg, for en symbolsk sum. Veldig praktisk!

Egentlig følte jeg meg veldig godt tatt vare på på dette hotellet!

Pros:

I had a trouble in checking-in because my mother came, but hotel manager solved my problem kindly. Although she cannot speak English, she is very gentle.
Hotel is clean and calm, so we can take a rest in hotel.
Hotel location is very good. There are the bus stop and metro near the hotel, so you can go anywhere easily by transportation.
