The accommodation is pleasant and we always choose it with confidence. The location is beautiful, the staff are friendly, and the rooms are clean and well maintained. Dogs are allowed for an extra fee, which is very important for us.

Cons:

A downside is that a year ago the extra bed for a child was free of charge, and Booking.com also states that it is free, but after booking you receive a message saying you have to pay 30 EUR. Another drawback is that, considering the hotel is located just outside Berlin, the staff’s ability to communicate in English is not at a high level.

Pros:

Toller Blick auf den See, man sieht und hört die Vogelschwärme. Sehr nettes und zuvorkommendes Personal, schöne, großzügige Zimmer. Sauna ist mit im Preis, war fast leer. Sehr gutes Essen.
