Don’t even bother.
Pros:

It’s an upgraded guest house and much less than a hotel considering the fee. No park place. Their photos reveals a glimpse of the place which does not look the same. The family room is depressing, gray and reminds a jail. The crew is ridiculous. Don’t even bother to make an order.

Its an eccletic property, the staff were so friendly and nice. Communicated via an app for translation. The room was chic and modern.

It was good, we stayed for the Lantern Festival. This hotel is also marked Meesuk out front so don't be confused when you get from the airport (Old Google Maps shows it had a sign that said For U.) The room was great. Spacious, comfortable, modern, and very clean. My only gripe would be when I wanted to use the pool at 1pm in the hot afternoon, they turned me away saying it was being cleaned. Who cleans their pool in the afternoon?
Great place to come back to and recharge. Can't speak on the pool, and hotel staff was kind. English was not that strong.
