Bel appartement très confortable et service de qualité mais quartier un peu limite
Pros:

L'appartement est confortable et Faical fait le maximum pour le confort de ses locataires. Bien équipé, bien insonorisé.
Terrasse, climatisation et changement quotidien des serviettes de toilette.

Cons:

La localisation et le quartier proche de la gare. Peu de restaurants, et secteur un peu limite , pour une femme seule, ce n'est pas l'emplacement idéal. Le métro est à 10 minutes de marche et il y a ensuite un bon service pour arriver en centre ville mais il faut compter au total environ 25 minutes.

Es un apartamento cómodo, limpio, equipado con lo justo para unos días de visita a Atenas, con aire acondicionado y posibilidad de dejar el coche aparcado, Faisal se encarga de todo con efectividad, el barrio con tiendas, panadería, súper, muy bien. hemos pasado unos días geniales, gracias 😃

Cons:

La única incomodidad del alojamiento no es responsabilidad de los apartamentos. Para ir al centro en transporte público hay que pasar por un barrio que se ve claramente que está en reestructuración de mejora pero nada inseguro solamente un poco dejado, seguro que en un tiempo esta arreglado y mucho mejor.

Séjour exceptionnel
Pros:

La propreté et toutes les fonctionnalités de l' appartement , la literie ,le fait de vivre tout près du centre d' Athènes dans un quartier calme avec les locaux. Les facultés de transports pour aller au centre, 10 min en métro, le respect et la gentillesse de la population, les bons petits plats grecs,rapport qualité prix super, les très bons conseils de Faisal le propriétaire des lieux . Un très bon accueil, le ménage impeccable fait tous les jours, la petite terrasse pour prendre les repas et petit déjeuner. Tout était parfait . Nous recommandons.

Pros:

Everything - the host, Faisal is very considerate and helpful, he understands that we are particular about cleanliness, and he offered to change full set of bedsheets every day during our stay. Very generous supply of coffee, tea, and drinking water is provided throughout.

The apartment is fully equipped with fridge, oven, coffee machine, wafer making machine, microwave, utensils and etc.

The apartment is sparkling clean. Highly recommended.

Ubytovanie v tomto apartmánovom dome vrelo odporúčam.
Pros:

Ubytovanie v tomto apartmánovom dome bolo vynikajúce. Domáci pán bol veľmi milý, pomohol nám vybaviť transfér z letiska a na akúkoľvek otázku odvedal veľmi rýchlo. Izby boli priestranné, čisté a veľmi dobre vybavené. Ubytovanie je v tichšej lokalite, trošku vzdialenej od centra, ale chôdzou niekoľko minút peši sme sa vedeli dostať k metru. Ubytovanie určite odporúčam.

Really lovely apartment and convenient to Athens Larissa station, which was really handy for the metro and airport.
Pros:

Great equipment, very clean. Lovely apartment. Really good contact from Faisal and information.

Cons:

Route from Athens train/metro station (Larisa / Larisis) didn’t have great pavements and some sections required walking along a busy road. View from one end of the balcony over looked derelict building, but you are in a crowded city so one should expect some different views.

Pros:

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit. Das Personal war super.
Jeden Tag wurde der Müll entsorgt und frische Handtücher hingelegt. Kaffee, Kaffeesahne, Tee und Wasser wurden jeden Tag aufgefüllt. Wir können die Unterkunft nur empfehlen. Es liegt Zentral zum Bahnhof und U- Bahn (10 Minuten zu Fuß). Einkaufen 3 Minuten zu Fuss.

Cons:

Leider ist das Wohnviertel nicht das schönste.
Aber da man den ganzen Tag unterwegs ist fällt es nich in Gewicht.

Everything you need
Pros:

The place had everything you could want. Everything I can think of, anyway.

Both the entrance to the building and the entrance to the room are individually locked, which helps to feel extra safe.

Cons:

This was our first time in Athens, so we didn't know what the different areas were like. I don't think this area is necessarily dangerous, but it did feel a little rough. That said, it is only ~10 minutes walk from either the red or green metro lines so I'd probably still stay here next time around.

Pros:

L appartement est dans un quartier populaire pres du métro 10 mn a pied et a 5 mn une boulangerie et un supermarché. Faisal est tres aimable et a l écoute de nos demandes. L appartement est tres propre et confortable. Le linge de bains changé tous les jours. Super sejour.

Parfait pour un séjours sur Athènes
Pros:

Appartement spacieux, propre (ménage fait tous les jours), sécurisé.
Bien équipé, il ne manque presque rien.
Peu de bruit et proche du métro (10 minutes à pieds)

Cons:

Ce sont des broutilles : Le quartier n'a aucun intérêt.
La vue de l'appartement n'est pas terrible non plus, mais ça n'a pas vraiment d'importance.
Pas de torchon à disposition (détail).
