Καθαρό, ικανοποιητικό πρωινό.

Cons:

Δεν γίνεται έλεγχος στα δωμάτια πριν παραδωθούν για χρήση, με αποτέλεσμα να υπάρχουν βλάβες. Η τηλεόραση μετά απο επανειλλημένες κλήσεις μου φτιάχτηκε την τρίτη μέρα της διαμονής μου. Κάποιες πρίζες χαλασμένες. Το καζανάκι έτρεχε. Γενικά η ηχομόνωση χάλια.

Wie beinah überall in Serbien die Zimmergröße stimmt nicht,das Zimmer ist bedeutend kleiner als angegeben und die Bar war bis 24 Uhr nicht gerade leise,,,vorsicht beim Frühflug....

Desfrutar de uma visita a Belgrado de forma económica e confortável.
Pros:

A localização é excelente, muito perto do centro da cidade, com muito comércio, restauração e acesso a transportes públicos. O pequeno almoço tem diversidade e produtos de qualidade. Quartos confortáveis e limpos.

Pros:

Le personnel est très attentif et sympathique. Il faut un peu se débrouiller en anglais. Le petit déjeuner est très bien (un peu moins que l'année dernière quand même).

Cons:

Pas d'avis négatif sauf sur les rideaux de la chambre qui n'étaient pas au top (un peu cassés).

Pros:

The location is excellent, and the receptionist who greeted us on arrival was very friendly and helpful. The taxi drivers who picked us up from the airport were also very nice and professional, and we had an excellent experience with them.

Cons:

The breakfast options were quite limited, and the coffee machine was very old and the coffee was undrinkable, so we had to leave the hotel every morning to get coffee at a nearby coffee shop, which unfortunately did not open before 8 a.m. The coffee cups provided at breakfast were also dirty inside.

We also had a disappointing experience when arranging our taxi to the airport on departure. Since the taxi organised by the hotel for our arrival had been excellent, we asked reception to arrange the same service for our departure. However, the receptionist on duty that morning was borderline rude and did not properly follow up on the request that had been passed on to her by her colleague from the night shift.

She eventually ordered a taxi for us while we were sitting with our luggage in the lobby, directly in front of the reception desk. After some time, I asked whether the taxi had arrived, and she simply said that she did not know. We therefore went outside ourselves and found two taxi drivers who had been waiting for us and had already marked us as no-shows because we had not come out. We had been sitting in the lobby in full view of the receptionist the entire time, yet nobody informed us that the taxis had arrived.

We then realised that these were regular Pink taxis rather than the airport transfer service arranged by the hotel for our arrival. Since the taxis had been ordered for us, we had no way of knowing this in advance. We eventually agreed to take one after checking the price, but we were unable to obtain a printed receipt, which we needed to claim the journey as a business expense.
