The bed and the pillows were not comfortable
Počevši od staff koji je uvek prijatan, komunikativan i uslužan do soba, sve je u najboljem redu. Već nekoliko godina dolazim u Marquise kad sam u Beogradu, i nijednom se nisam razočarao.
It’s in the center lovely people in reception and breakfast
I had the feeling that this hotel don’t have a parking place at all. The hotel was empty but I got a mail that said that all the parking places are taken
Bizim için harika bir konaklama deneyimi oldu! 6 yaşındaki kızımla beraber seyahat ediyoruz ve otel ekibi bizi inanılmaz sıcak karşıladı. Erken gelmemize rağmen odamıza hemen yerleşebilmemiz için yardımcı oldular ve kahvaltı ikram ettiler. Kızıma Barny kek bile verdiler – bu küçük ama çok tatlı bir detaydı.
Resepsiyondaki hanımefendi ve beyfendi çok nazikti; gerçekten konukseverlikleri bizi çok etkiledi. Odalar temiz ve rahat, lobby keyifli, kahvaltı ise çeşit çeşit ve taze. 4 gün boyunca kahvaltı ettik ve her gün farklı ve lezzetliydi. Muffinler özellikle çok güzeldi. Aşçıların ellerine sağlık, her şey bolca ve sürekli taze! Kahvaltı personeli de çok yardımseverdi; kızımla kahvaltı ederken ortalığı biraz kirletmemiz hiç sorun olmadı, bu da bizi çok rahatlattı.
Konum da oldukça iyi, ama bizi en çok memnun eden şey ekiplerinin sıcacık misafirperverliği ve yaşadığımız deneyim oldu. Belgrada gelecek herkese kesinlikle tavsiye ederim. Sorunsuz bir konaklama ve bol kahvaltı isteyenler için ideal bir tercih.
Özel teşekkürümü de sona saklamak istiyorum: Odalara bıraktığınız çaylar muhteşem! Özellikle “relax” çay, uyumadan önce çok iyi geliyor. Bunu söylediğimde resepsiyondaki hanımefendi bana ekstra paket çay ikram etti. Gerçekten çok teşekkür ediyorum. Bir konaklama sektörü çalışanı olarak söyleyebilirim ki, harika bir ekip! 🫶🏻
