Mitten in der Altstadt

Cons:

Parkplatz im Hotel sehr schwierig zum einparken. Platz maximal für ein Mittelklassewagen z.B. Renault Megan.

Nice Hotel...but
Pros:

Only Breakfast was OK and the Hotel Manager was strucling to solve all the problems.

Cons:

We booked room with a double bed - we got one with 2 single ones put next to each other
We were told tea and coffee in the room was free. But no water was there. We asked for it and we were told to get water from the bathroom sink
Room service was terrible. We have to complain to get our room clean, and even to get toilet paper

Curățenia și amplasarea hotelului

Cons:

Doamnele/domnișoarele de la recepție care păreau ca nu te suportă , faptul ca au 4 stele și nici măcar o apă nu oferă gratuit oamenilor , mirosul îngrozitor de canal care venea din baie și gălăgia mare de dimineață , trânteau , vorbeau tare , iar în ultima zi , au intrat dimineața la 7:00 peste noi femeile de la curățenie

Dobra lokalizacja. Hotel dla niewymagających
Pros:

Świetna lokalizacja, fajna i pomocna obsługa (Jovan)

Cons:

Pokoje absolutnie nie jak w 4-gwiazdkowym hotelu, wszystko wyraźne naznaczone zębem czasu. Pokój, który dostaliśmy nie był zbyt dokładnie posprzątany, przestał też działać prąd mimo użytej karty. Dostaliśmy nowy (trochę lepszy) pokój, dzięki pomocy przemiłego pana z recepcji.
Śniadania - kompletna porażka! Zdecydowanie bardziej się opłaca iść do którejkolwiek z knajp w pobliżu na śniadanie niż płacić za to w tym hotelu. Parking - jest, i to na plus. Ale wjeżdżaliśmy na cztery razy.
