tolle Lage ganz im Zentrum, alles sehr sauber und modern saniert, sehr nettes Personal

Spokojnosť s vyhradami.
Pros:

Ubytovanie super, izba priestranná, bez výhĺadov,ale prišli sme viac mej predpať,nevadilo.

Cons:

Napriek spokojnosti, však mame par pripomienok. Parkovanie hotel nema, no recepčna nas neupozornila,ze parkovať treba na vyhradených miestach. Pred hotelom parkovalo par aut a tak sme sa tam postavili. Ake bolo naše prekvapenie,ked sme dostali pozdrav od mestskej polície. Neboli sme sami. Sklamanie. Raňajky mohli byť bohatšie,ale ok. Stačilo. No a na izbe skriňa mala kopec dlho neutieraneho prachu. Zaplatili sme za ubytko a dane bolo treba doplatit. Urcene bolo 1.60, vypýtali 3.50 e. Take drobnosti,ale ked ich je viac, zamrzí. Celkom teda,dobré,ale nie viac.

Zentrale Lage, freundliches Personal. Leckeres Frühstück wird immer reichlich nach gebracht! Badezimmer ist Recht geräumig.

Die Matratze war für mich leider ein wenig zu hart.

Es hat alled gut gepasst, bis auf die Anreise, da wir uns verloren fühlten.
Pros:

Optisch ein Hingucker, Frühstück klein aber fein, Zimmer sehr gemütlich, die Lage sehr gut

Cons:

Die Anreise war etwas schwierig, da wir keinen Code erhalten haben und auch niemand an der Rezeption zur Verfügung stand/auf Nachrichten/Anrufe reagierte (selbst während der Check-In-Zeiten). Erst als wir mit der Hilfe von Booking.com telefonierten und die nette Dame beim Hotel anrief, wurden wir vom Hotel kontaktiert.
Im Zimmer hat es getropft von der Decke (hat uns persönlich nicht belästigt).

Urlaub mit Hürden.
Pros:

Die Lage ist super. Besser geht es kaum.

Cons:

Checkin ist anstrengend. Das Personal ist nur über Telefon erreichbar. Achtung es sollte die selbe Handynummer sein Die beim Buchen verwendet wurde.

Cons:

The main disappointment was the difference between expectations and reality, especially considering the price, which includes breakfast. During the off-season, the breakfast selection was quite limited and did not seem very fresh — the fruit looked old, the cake was dry, and the jam containers were sticky and messy, making them unpleasant to handle. In addition, the rooms looked much better in the photos than in reality, which created a misleading impression. Overall, €80 per night felt a bit overpriced for the quality provided.

Die Erwartungen wurden weitgehend erfüllt, und zwar so, dass es weitere Besuche geben wird.
Pros:

Ja, das Frühstück war gut und absolut ausreichend. Die ideale, zentrale Lage machte es möglich, viele der angestrebten Punkte innerhalb kürzester Zeit zu Fuß zu erreichen. Sehr willkommen war, dass trotz der „nichttouristischen“ Jahreszeit die meisten historischen und musealen Orte geöffnet hatten.
