Great atmosphere & service - everyone makes sure you have a good stay! And it's all what matters.
Pros:

Great local food at breakfast and in the restaurant - really, I mean, really kind service at reception and overall around the hotel.

Cons:

Secure parking in the garage is a challenging maneuver for larger vehicles, so be ready to leave your bigger SUV or longer sedan in the street.

Sehr gut, ganz kleine Mängel
Pros:

Personal ist immer sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und flexibel. Wurden auf Wunsch sofort in ein Zimmer MIT Balkon ungebucht, da mein Mann Raucher ist.
Die Zimmer sind sauber und klimatisiert.

Cons:

Zum Teil sind die Möbel schon etwas abgenutzt und die Zimmer haben keinen Kühlschrank. Als Diabetikern bin ich auf eine Kühlung meines Insulins angewiesen.

Das Frühstück war nicht der Hammer. Bedingt durch größere Gruppen war das Buffet schnell aufgebraucht und wurde an einigen Stellen nicht nachgefüllt.

Gerne mal wieder
Pros:

Wir haben die Unterkunft für unsere Station am Jakobsweg genutzt und waren sehr zufrieden. Das Hotel liegt zentrumsnah und bietet Alles, was man benötigt: Bar, Restaurant und Wellness mit freundlicher Bedienung.
Zum Abendessen konnte man zwischen á la carte und Buffett wählen, das Frühstücksbuffett war mehr als ausreichend.

Very nice facility. The main lounge area is very nice, and it was a nice surprise to find a small bar, and a honour system snack counter.

Restaurants served good breakfast and supper. I thought the breakfast was a bit pricey...but the price is consistent with others

Cons:

No comfortable place to sit and relax in the room. Again, this complaint is not unique to this facility
