а может ли сервис быть еще хуже?
Pros:

Мои впечатления от проживания здесь - действительно незабываемые)). Началось все с того, что мне отказали в заселении в 23.15: по телефону администратор не самым вежливым способом сообщил, что работает он до 23 и вот уже как 20 минут назад уехал и возвращаться не собирается, и это мои проблемы, что я приехала так поздно, и да, ему плевать, где я буду ночевать. Отмечу, что по правилам отеля заселение возможно до 0.00. Кто-то явно не в курсе ;) . Через 5 минут мне пришло смс от этого администратора, что приедет через 10-15 минут. Прождала я 40 минут в итоге, а температура на улице тем временем опустилась до 1 градуса.. в общем, заселение было не многословным, конечно без извинений, но и на том спасибо. Отмечу, что номер порадовал - как на фото (чистый, все необходимое есть).

Уезжала я утром через день, и тк никого не было в зоне ресепшн, позвонила уведомить об отбытии (никто не ответил). Мне перезвонили примерно через час, возникло недоразумение со стороны администратора, забыл, что я оплатила по приезде. И вишенка на торте: меня спросили, все ли понравилось, я ответила «нет» и услышала в ответ короткие гудки :)))

П.с. ребят, ознакомьтесь с книгой «Клиенты на всю жизнь», иначе рискуете остаться у разбитого корыта с таким отношением
