Good stay, clean room, helpful staff, good breakfast. This hotel is close to Wawel castle and pretty close to downtown, it is all walkable.
The street was a bit noisy when the window was open and the bed was a bit firm, but the staff kindly supplied an extra matress topper.
Rent och fräscht med centralt läge i gamla staden. Tio minuters sakta promenad till det stora torget.
Vi tog en guidad promenadtur på 2,5 timme som gav en jättebra översikt.

Convenient, clean and most staff were helpful
There was an employee who was rude when I entered the breakfast room at 10.20. She asked if I knew they closed at 10.30. I said I did, she proceeded to say I could take what I needed to my room! I was astounded as I have travelled the world but never before come across this attitude. My husband arrived two minutes later and called her across to ask if we were allowed to finish breakfast in the breakfast room. It is common to clear at the closing time, advise guests in a polite way and leave then to finish their meal. It was an unpleasant and unnecessary situation.
