Pros:

Staff are incredibly nice and helpful. Clean rooms and facilities. It's location is approximate to many amazing touristic attractions. I really recommend it.

L’emplacement

Cons:

Le manque de sonorisation et malgré la Clim qui fait chauffage la chaleur n’était pas du tout présente. Il continuait à faire très froid dans la chambre.

Pros:

Tout était parfait, personnel aux petlts soin , l'accueil était parfait, personnel souriant et serviable, hôtel dans la Medina, pas besoin de voiture! Je reviendrais sans problème.

A pleasant experience.
Pros:

The breakfast was adequate. The location's proximity to the market and tourist site makes it an excellent choice.

Cons:

Their should be more varieties for breakfast and inclusion of fruits in the diet.

The hotel is averagely good
Pros:

1- the breakfast is a buffet but boiled eggs are always no sufficiently available, there was a day I got only one egg a asked the attendant she ignored me.
2-it was cold and by 7-8am it water in the bathroom was just warm, no hot water available (room 34).

Cons:

One of my breakfast attendant wasn't polite.

hôtel en plein travaux, chambre insalubre et dangereuse, isolation et climatisation défaillantes.
Pros:

Hôtel bien situé, avec un bon potentiel clairement inexploité. Le personnel fait de son mieux malgré les conditions.

Cons:

Arrivée dans un hôtel en plein travaux. Mise à disposition d’une chambre assimilable à une chambre de chantier. Prises apparentes, situation très dangereuse. Saleté au sol, poussière omniprésente, traces de pas sur les commodes. Malgré plusieurs demandes, la chambre n’a jamais été nettoyée correctement. Serviettes sales, de mauvaise qualité, et jamais changées durant 10 jours. Isolation thermique et sonore non conformes aux normes, avec une climatisation défaillante. Petit-déjeuner servi à côté d’un chantier, séparé par une simple bâche.
