Really nice hotel, modern concept in an wonderful region. Friendly and attentive staff, you are always feeling very welcome. Impressive spa area, outdoor pool, spacious rooms, a truly excellent dinner and a wonderful bar, with a witty bartender. Definitely a place to go, and to return to.

We had an amazing stay and enjoyed the Mountain Lover arrangement. The hospitality was super, the food excellent, the cocktails were “jummy”, nice pool environment, nice hiking possibilities.
It would be great if everybody understood a little bit more English because we had some difficulties to speak German as a Belgian couple.
Briefly, a super stay, super qualified personnel. We were absolutely fond of Katharina and her team! Hands for them!

This is the second time a large group of us have stayed at the Alpine and we cant recommend this hotel enough. The staff are welcoming and cant do enough for you, nothing is too much trouble. The rooms are spacious and clean, the breakfast buffet is amazing, as is the evening dinner. The location is perfect, close to shops, bars and the gondala's. 100% recommend.

Great location, great staff, excellent amenities, so if you want to have a good tie in Mayrhofen definitely go to the Zillertalerhof. Enjoy!
This is my second visit after a great experience last year. Everything was perfect, just like last year. Why do I say this? Because they have thought about how to make sure you enjoy every second of your day. From the moment you wake up until you go to bed, you can do exactly what you feel like. Combine that with great staff, facilities, food, and vibes, and you have the best hotel in town.
One of the best & nicest hotels have stayed in. Staff were wonderful to deal with & the food was exceptional. Great location only a few minutes walk from centre of town & the Penkenbahn. So many details right throughout the hotel were great & loved the swimming/sauna area with the indoor/outdoor pool. Keep doing what you are doing & I hope to be back again soon
Amazing hotel! Staff, from reception, waitors, housekeeping and managers were all very welcoming and friendly - each made our experience fantastic, although we must make special mention to Sophie, Stefan and Katerina! The food was incredible and tasty, even when catering for a vegan, which was amazing! Staff went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable and we had everything we needed. Would highly recommend this hotel - the spa facilities and location were also amazing with bus stops close by if you didn't fancy the walk to the slopes!
We stay in +30 hotels per year all over the world, and we have never ever experienced such terrible, horrible service. If this staff was working in one of our businesses, they would immediately be fired. Customer centricity below zero!! In the spa you can find “inspirational” quotes about “how the limit is in the mind” but the staff’s mind is absolutely not trained to provide a warm welcome to guests. Very very rude!!!! No-one at our table understands how they can be in a Gault Millau guide.
Great quality of finedinning experience. Located in quite area 3 minutes walking to main route. Amazing spa area with outdoor/indoor pool. Hotel Bar offers variaty of drinks. Hotel provides everything, that is need for winter holiday. Simply amazing

Everything was just super - from the very welcoming staff and management team, the well-equipped rooms, the great spa and saunas, the lobby and bar, the breakfast, and also the walking distance to every bar, restaurant, and lift in Mayrhofen.
Definitely would stay here again!
Excellent staff , very attentive and polite , surprised no coffee /tea in room or mini bar , Also would have been nice to have been served coffee with breakfast rather than from a machine

The hotel is beautifully appointed with lots of lovely touches. It is in a good location in Mayrhofen - minutes from shops, restaurants and the train station which we used throughout our stay and we’ll located for the Zillertal Arena and local cable cars. The staff are all welcoming and work hard to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. A special mention to Ana in the bar who is very friendly and makes a wonderful array of cocktails taking time to customise them to your tastes. We had a fantastic few days and would thoroughly recommend this hotel.
