Excelente muy recomendado...
Nice are very safe and close to a lot convenience stores
This is a great little hotel in a fantastic area-Pinares. Everything is five stars- room, comfort, customer service, breakfast and most of all very safe and clean. I would love to stay at this hotel again. Very quiet at night so you’ll get a good night sleep. A short 10-15 minute walk to very nice restaurants at Sonoma. Overall an excellent stay.
Supremamente mal no nos dieron habitación eran las 11 y 30 pm y que por error de la plataforma de hoteles.com nos asignaron una habitación que realmente ellos no tenían libre
Su hora de checkout es demasiado temprano a las 12 pm
Good place good location
Esto es publicidad engañosa!, el check in se suponía se realizaba a las 3:00 pm, lo cual no sucedió, realizamos el registro faltando 10 minutos para las 3 pm, pero se nos informó que la limpieza no estaba lista y que se demoraba 20 minutos, al final pudimos entrar después de esperar 40 minutos, faltaban 20 minutos para las 4 pm.
En la publicación de hotels.com,se estableció por parte del establecimiento que se contaba con:
*parqueadero gratis lo cual fue mentira,ya que nos toco dejarlo afuera, justificando que se había quitado el parqueadero para construir más habitaciones, incumpliendo el beneficio indicado en la página.
*se entregaba de cortesía por parte del establecimiento dos bebidas tipo cóctel de bienvenida lo cual nunca ofrecieron ni lo entregaron.
*el establecimiento en los beneficios establece contar con bar, el cual no existía.
*el lugar si cuenta con el jacuzzi que se indica, es más, lo reservamos por qué lo tenia, sin embargo
este solo se puede usar una vez, y eso no lo indica en ninguna parte. El segundo día pedí que porfavor lo prendieran y nos dijeron que no porque ya lo habíamos usado y que ahora tenía un costo adicional.
*se pidieron al servicio del hotel, 6 cervezas coronita. Al momento del pago nos cobraron 6 cervezas corona (las mas grandes) muy costosas, sabiendo que nos llevaron las pequeñas.
La ventana del baño, linda con la terraza de la habitación de enseguida, y de los dos lados se puede ver, lo cual quita la privacidad
Hôtel correct pour séjour court. Un peu bruyant. Chambre simpliste. Petit déjeuner très ordinaire. Bon rapport qualité prix . Quartier calme . Proche restaurant et galerie commerciale

Great hotel close to the airport! Alexandro picked me up from the airport late at night and delivered me safely there the next morning with a lovely visit to the market to get some fresh fruit! I definitely would stay there again in a nice quiet safe neighborhood 😀
