The staff is amazing!! Breakfast was very delicious.
We were lucky to be there out of season and enjoy the pool alone.

Cons:

There are no hot water. Also, there were very little insects not only in the room but in the blancets too. Besides that, hammocks should be cleaned too. We spent there only 10min and all the body got bitten by some insects.

Pros:

Buona posizione a 50 m dalla piazza centrale. Camere intorno a un patio con piccola piscina, pulite e abbastanza spaziose ma bisognose di qualche manutenzione. Personale gentile e disponibile. Buona colazione.

Cons:

Nelle camere non ci sono comodini, alcune sono un po' trascurate e molte cose necessitano di manutenzione. Docce solo con acqua fredda, ma nel caldo del posto non se ne soffre.

Mala atención del personal del hotel

La ubicación, está super cerca del parque.

Cons:

Las instalaciones del hotel están bien, pero la atención si fue muy mala. La señora que nos recibió un poco tosca para contestar, nos entregó toallas húmedas y se notaba que tenia preferencia con otros huéspedes, mientras a otros huéspedes les preguntaba con que querían acompañar los huevos del desayuno, si con pan, arepa o patacón; a nosotros nos dijo les voy a dar de lo que tengo disponible.

Excellent séjour
Pros:

Doña Blanca était très charmante et nous a donné des conseils précieux. L'hôtel est très agréable avec une piscine et des endroits pour se reposer. Monter sur les lits superposés était un peu compliqué à cause de l'échelle qui ne tenait pas bien, mais sinon tout le reste était très bien. Le petit déjeuner était délicieux. Merci beaucoup
