The two women at the front desk. It was rude of me. I made the reservation through booking.com as an American citizen. I am Peruvian by birth, but I am also an American citizen because I entered Peru with my blue American passport. I am a tourist. She refused to take my tourist status. She insists you are Peruvian, so you should pay more money, too, because my mom is Peruvian, too. My mom is an American citizen, and so am I. I know I am also Peruvian. I answered her, saying I did the reservation. Not my mom, why should I pay more money? She said I am going to let you pass only this time. It was awful filling. I want to leave this hotel, but I have my mom, who is 87, with me. I don't want her to move around. I asked where I could put my belongings, including my backpack. She said, "Go around."
I went around, but I did not know where to go. Then the skinny woman without a uniform was ruder than the other woman in uniform. Finally, some women show up. I don't know who she was, but that woman shouted at the woman at the front desk for not giving me good directions on where to put my bags and for not helping me because I have my mother with me, who has limited mobility and uses a cane. The woman at the front desk is discriminating. I will never stay at that hotel again. I don't deserve to make me feel so uncomfortable. The only positive part of the hotel was the breakfast, and the people there were friendly and polite, and the food was good. I enjoyed that part.

Pros:

Localização perfeita, funcionários gentis, muito limpo, bom café da manhã. Água super quente da ducha, ar split excelente, cama muito confortável. Flexibilidade em deixar as malas guardadas, após check-out.

Cons:

Infelizmente não possui boa acústica boa, suíte que fiquei no 4. Andar dava para ouvir buzinas da rua e mais chato que isto, dava para ouvir claramente pessoas nos quartos e seus sons, além dos rádios dos funcionários o tempo todo nos corredores.

Excelente locación para una relación precio calidad imbatible.

La ubicación es excelente en pleno Miraflores, cerca del parque Kennedy, la relación precio calidad muy buena, excelente desayuno buffet. La calidez de las personas que te atienden en todo momento, muy destacable. Nuestra habitación, muy espaciosa, con mesa para trabajar, sofás y el jacuzzi, maravilloso.

Cons:

La cama era demasiado firme. Será cosa de gustos pero quedé con dolor de espalda. En ocasiones salió un mal olor del baño.
