Реально советская, но вполне уютная
Pros:

Состояние гостиницы соответствует году постройки - старенькая сантехника и электроприборы, дырки в стенах, давние обои, слышимость замечательная, пружинный матрац и т.п. Обновлены окна, но кондиционера нет. Кафе не работало, при заказе завтрак и не обещали. Хорошо слышны с улицы песни птиц и котов. Белье целое, чистое, очаровательные махровые полотенца с цветочками, санузел тоже чистый. Есть кулеры на этажах. Все недостатки окупаются искренней заботливостью персонала, стремлением добавить всё возможное в таких условиях для комфорта и удовольствия гостей. Очень милые и расторопные сотрудницы на ресепшн. Кругом много продуктовых магазинов, торговый центр, Додо-пицца и пр., от Кремля - минут 5-7 на авто.
Когда бронировали, у нас не было выбора -- свободные номера в Коломне оказались только здесь (праздники). Не ожидали ничего особенного и не разочаровались. Если цель как у нас - просто переночевать, без особых требований к комфорту и дополнительному сервису, гостиница вполне подойдет. В разряде "2,5 звезды" вполне можно оценить на пятерку.

Pros:

В номере грязные стены и ковровое покрытие. Матрацы это отдельная тема, они ужасны, пружины впиваются в тело. Гостиница оправдывает своё название. Слышимость через входную дверь. Просыпалась от каждого звука.
