Everything, staff were wonderful
The room size was lovely
The shower could of been a bit more stronger. And some shelves could be in the bathroom as no where really to put all of our stuff. And definitely a radiator as its freezing getting out if the shower
A modern, noise free, clean and well equipped studio apartment in a cruise port convenient location, only a 10 minute walk to port. Helpful and friendly staff, with well stocked bar and good gym. Price met expectations for a short one night stay
Nothing not to like, get booked in.
The hotel was excellent. It was booking.com that let us all down, they did not let the hotel know our bedding prference of two single beds. Thankfully, the hotel made a plan for is. Booking.com has dropped the ball.

Everything was great, definitely felt more comfortable than a standard hotel. Staff were super nice and were keen to help with every interaction.
The tiniest complaint I have is that we did find silverfish in the kitchen sink. I know they habit in humid areas, so I can see why this would be difficult to control. Apart from that, everything was very clean. I would definitely come here again.
Everything was wonderful. The staff were very helpful. The room was large and comfortable. The lounge had good food and even live music. The area surrounding was easily walkable and interesting to explore. We WILL book here again, as we have plans to return when using a certain cruise line. We rented a car last minute and they were able to accommodate us with parking for a modest fee.
The elevator had intermittent issues, but seemed to be working most of the time. One of the clothing dryers had an issue staying closed. Staff did assist and refund our money and restarted the timer. There was an online ad through Booking.com that showed a happy hour with 50% off food and drinks. When we showed staff they were unaware of it, and said they could not honor it without confirmation from management. We never heard any more on it.

We got stuck in the elevator for over an hour and had to be rescued by the fire department. We pushed help button in elevator and got no assistance until we beat on the doors and yelled for help. Someone heard us and got help from Hotel staff.
