We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. One of the best things was the staff — they were very friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help.
They kindly upgraded our rooms, which was a lovely surprise. Also, when I needed some documents printed, one of the staff members at reception was very helpful and printed them for me without any problem.
The cleanliness of the hotel was excellent, and overall everything was well maintained and comfortable.
The only downside was that there was no telephone in the room, so if we needed something, we had to go down to reception instead of simply calling them from the room.
Nice staff, good location
Creaky beds, confusing power switches, a backed up shower drain that prevented showering, and that no one cared to ask how my stay was when I checked out, but they didn’t hesitate to ask for a good review.

Bathroom needed a bit of tlc. Although very clean
Room had a loft where our daughter and granddaughter slept. The 3 1/2 year old thought it was wonderful. Steep steps, so she had to be supervised going up and down.
Also had a small kitchen area with hot plate, toaster, sink, refrigerator and dishwasher. Utensiles are in the cabinets.
Not anything that we didn't like. Bit of a hike to the cruise terminal.

The room is so clean and comfortable
I waited for check in over 8 hours,more than 3pm. The only reason is that hotel’s membership first priority. The customer is from booking. Com is not important.
Loved the bed and duvet. Really comfortable
Enjoyed little touches like free fruit in the bar area and availability of complimentary lemon water.

Room was spacious and hotel was clean. Facilities were good. Better than last year.
Breakfast! The food was lovely, when we finally got it! Five staff but had to wait for a long time to be served.
The property is very centrally located and easy to access from the airport, we took an uber which cost just over £20, we chose the executive level.
We were travelling with a 3 and 7 year old, the room was spacious and catered to all our needs. They really loved the ship themed room with the upper bunk bed which was accessed by a ladder style stairs.
The staff here were super friendly and helpful. They answered all our questions and engaged so well with our children. A really lovely bunch of folk.
The lobby waiting are could have been a bit more spacious, but wasn’t a massive issue.
