Pros:

Most of it was lovely, staff great as always, room comfortable etc

Cons:

Upstairs guests jumping all evening, the sound amplifies horribly with the concrete ceilings. Also the first floor is at street lamp level so it's extremely bright at night, usually I like having the curtains open to look out onto the trees, couldn't do that this time.

Fabulous hotel, super friendly staff and great rooms
Pros:

Excellent hotel amazing rooms. Comfy and clean with lots of thought gone into decoration and little touches. The staff are super friendly and helpful and the restaurant is lovely with great food!

Cons:

The shower could of been a bit more stronger. And some shelves could be in the bathroom as no where really to put all of our stuff. And definitely a radiator as its freezing getting out if the shower

A modern, noise free, clean and well equipped studio apartment in a cruise port convenient location, only a 10 minute walk to port. Helpful and friendly staff, with well stocked bar and good gym. Price met expectations for a short one night stay

Fantastic.
Pros:

The hotel was excellent. It was booking.com that let us all down, they did not let the hotel know our bedding prference of two single beds. Thankfully, the hotel made a plan for is. Booking.com has dropped the ball.

房间宽敞，设施齐全。

冬天空调最高可以调到22度，但是房间里还是稍有一点冷，可能是因为房间比较大，比较高。

Pros:

Everything was great, definitely felt more comfortable than a standard hotel. Staff were super nice and were keen to help with every interaction.

Cons:

The tiniest complaint I have is that we did find silverfish in the kitchen sink. I know they habit in humid areas, so I can see why this would be difficult to control. Apart from that, everything was very clean. I would definitely come here again.
