Cons:

The only shortcoming is parking space during peak times usually around 5-8 PM. Its because of the customers of Emporium mall park in the hotel parking

the stay was good and comfortable
Pros:

The reception service was quick. I stayed here many times. but this time reception service was far better. Ms Huma was at reception and her attitude of dealing the customer is very good

Cons:

the frame of the bed in suit doesn't look good. I have asked by customer service many times "is the stay is comfortable. it s a continous disturbance. I think no need to ask again and again

Great family and work stay at The Nishat Johar Town
Pros:

Great hotel, rooms and food. Particular shout out to the Manager at the Bistro Restaurant and Samiullah, one of the waiters. Huma at reception was also very helpful.

A few suggestions for improvement: 1) improve the WiFi quality throughout the hotel including the common areas and make it seamless, 2) make the rooms at least partially carpeted, 3) have a smaller meeting room option as well

Great Aesthetics
Pros:

Loving the stay here. The aesthetic of this hotel is beautiful and fresh not like others who have dark warm lightening. Hospitality is amazing specially by Mr. Sami who helped at Bistro Restaurant during my breakfasts
