The staff, especially Ms Huma at reception was very quick and friendly.
The access from Hotel to shopping mall was a convenience.
The reception service was quick. I stayed here many times. but this time reception service was far better. Ms Huma was at reception and her attitude of dealing the customer is very good
the frame of the bed in suit doesn't look good. I have asked by customer service many times "is the stay is comfortable. it s a continous disturbance. I think no need to ask again and again
Very luxury and great service at all times
Food is very good, good service, specially Mr Hamza from Breakfast service.
Great hotel, rooms and food. Particular shout out to the Manager at the Bistro Restaurant and Samiullah, one of the waiters. Huma at reception was also very helpful.
A few suggestions for improvement: 1) improve the WiFi quality throughout the hotel including the common areas and make it seamless, 2) make the rooms at least partially carpeted, 3) have a smaller meeting room option as well
The courtesy and hospitality were excellent, especially from Mr. Sami.

Muhammad hamza and sami both were very hospitable and made my breakfast experience amazing. Really recommend this accommodation as it’s very well managed and all staff member are very friendly
Had a great experience at Nishat. Stayed for business. Buffett was excellent especially the lively omellette station. Mr. Sami was a very attentive host and I enjoyed it overall.
Nishat experience is fantastic , Food & Services are quite good. Speciall care & extraordinary services Sami at nishat bistro. Family are really enjoying the facility and food here.
Overall, it was a pleasure staying here. The food, ambiance, room settings and services etc, all are top knots. I highly recommend to stay here, especially for business trips.

Food service in Bistro restaurant was great. I would specifically need to give appreciation to one of their waiters by the name Samuillah, was of great help in manoeuvring around their menu and serving of food. I would recommend anyone having a stop in Lahore to make a turn by the Nishat.
Excellent hotel in a great location, complete and varied breakfast, and attentive staff. I highly recommend it.
