Excellent Stay with Great Location and Service
Pros:

The property is clean, well-maintained, and in a great location, conveniently connected to the mall. The staff is excellent, professional, and very welcoming.
Special thanks to Sara at the front desk, who was extremely helpful and attentive despite the hustle and bustle. I would also like to appreciate Huma for her support and care throughout my stay.
Overall, a very pleasant experience. Highly recommended!

It was the best experience..their staff is so professional... Specially shout out to Iqra ... She is so sweet.. very professional and helped us throughout. She made everything easy for us . And lastly the breakfast.. it was good too .. had so many options to try out

Sleepless night due to the family next door but the facilities were great
Pros:

All facilities were excellent

Cons:

I couldn’t sleep because there were little children creating a ruckus in the corridor outside my room probably from the room next door. The family itself was so loud that I had to call the reception at 3.30 am.

Overall, good experience
Pros:

I was happy with the overall experience.

Cons:

I have to be honest, the playback music using the same 3 tracks on replay, haunted me, the same 3 music tracks were playing everywhere in the hotel, it gets iabit too much, especially if your more sensetive to surrounding environment, there is a easy solution, either increase the number of tracks to something like 21 tracks, or play different tracks on different days, currently playing the same 3 tracks is not ideal, I was hearing those same tracks in my head even I had checked out of hotel, inside my head.....its up to senior management to make a decision on changing the current music set-up.
