Good location but over hyped and over priced. 2/5
Pros:

Spacious rooms, Hotel entrances, lobby area seatings and corridors. Easy access to the mall.

Hmm, where to start with, hardcore beds, omg, it felt like sleeping over a wooden bed, the room floors don’t have carpets so I faced the cold floor, slippers were provided but of kids' sizes, have to use own, lifts were terrible, even though they were 4 but all of them were super sluggish but decorative. Fresh fruits and dried fruits were provided, but I had to pay extra (surprised). No one informed whether they are complementary or not. Thin walls, u can literally hear from the other side and if someone passes by the main door. The bed sheets were terrible, not very clean, and were light compared to the weather conditions. Dusty side tables/ telephones. The washroom was huge but the showers were 2/5, the toilet seat was too high though I am 5’11. Plus the light bulbs, hardly switched off from the dedicated buttons, you literally have to power off the main room supply. No garden for a walk or fresh air. You feel roombound. Plus the front desk staff on the over check out was a bit typical in attitude and poor mindset. CS were poor, He literally had no clue how much we paid for what we used and then he called his senior to make sure we gave 5/5 after charging us extra. No way! Bistro breakfast was alright, not up to international standards, especially the bread section. The queue for the single coffee machine, the cutlery cleanliness was not up to the mark.
