Sleepless night due to the family next door but the facilities were great
Pros:

All facilities were excellent

Cons:

I couldn’t sleep because there were little children creating a ruckus in the corridor outside my room probably from the room next door. The family itself was so loud that I had to call the reception at 3.30 am.

I was happy with the overall experience.

Cons:

I have to be honest, the playback music using the same 3 tracks on replay, haunted me, the same 3 music tracks were playing everywhere in the hotel, it gets iabit too much, especially if your more sensetive to surrounding environment, there is a easy solution, either increase the number of tracks to something like 21 tracks, or play different tracks on different days, currently playing the same 3 tracks is not ideal, I was hearing those same tracks in my head even I had checked out of hotel, inside my head.....its up to senior management to make a decision on changing the current music set-up.

Very Good Professionalism
Pros:

I would like to sincerely thank Mr. Murtaza for his excellent help with the reservations. A special thanks to Mr. Waqas from the Front Office for his outstanding service and hospitality. He took great care of everything and made sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. Truly appreciated the professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail from both of them. Our family stay at Nishat Hotel was premium and memorable with excellent rooms, breakfast, and furni
Pros:

It was a lovely experience from check in to the rooms and the breakfast variety and selection. It was really well furnished and felt a premium hotel. I will recommend it and definitely visit again. In fact I have changed my stay in another hotel, to here later this month as we thought it was so good.

Cons:

We were travelling with family and had multiple rooms. the in house room service was a little slow and there was a lot of rowdiness late in the evening in the halls. This is not what would expect from a hotel like this.

Excellent Stay
Pros:

I had a wonderful stay at Nishat Johar Town Hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and provided excellent service throughout my visit. A special mention goes to Huma, the manager, who went above and beyond with her exceptionally courteous and attentive service. Her warm hospitality truly made my stay even more enjoyable.

The hotel was clean and well-maintained, and the food was absolutely delicious. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I would highly recommend Nishat Johar Town Hotel to anyone looking for excellent hospitality, great service, and delicious food!
