Important information:

On Saturdays, the check in is from 7 pm until 9 pm.

Children must be accompanied by their parents. Otherwise, they won't be able to stay at this property.

For guests who wish to request breakfast service, they must inform the host in advance. This service is not provided on Saturday. (It's our day of rest). Breakfast service has an additional cost.

Parking is external (next to our house) and has an additional cost.

Property offers therapeutic and relaxing massages, for more information contact host.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.

Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.

    You haven't added any cots.
    Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
    Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

    Public parking is possible at a location nearby (reservation is needed) and costs COP 12000 per day.

Xiomara muy querida, Pero todo te cobra. La habitación que nos correspondió con mi esposo no nos gusto. Mucho frío. Reciben al huésped a las 7:00 pm y debe salir 11:00 am. No hay tiempo para ir a piscina volver, descansar. Está la preocupación de entregar la habitación. La de mi hijo estuvo bien. Pienso que por el precio que pague un hotel había sido la mejor opción. Viajamos en familia.

Cons:

El parqueadero es de su propiedad y hay que pagar aparte. Demasiado básico todo. Las toallas las entrega si la pides, y hasta el otro día. No están en el cuarto cuando llegas. Muy limpias las habitacione.

No había acceso cuando se quería, no tenía tv, exageradisima la obsesión con la limpieza, ruidos a la madrugada. En pocas palabras no hubo libertad de sentirse en un hotel, como en cualquier otro hotel...lamento la honestidad pero así nos sentimos mi familia y yo.
