Nice hotel in good location. The hostess Mary was amazing

Exceptional service and lovely, clean room in great location.
Pros:

The location was perfect for proximity to the ferry. The staff made it even better with lots of helpful tips and recommendations.

Cons:

It’s a noisy part of town but the soundproofing made a huge difference. You would expect some Joice being that close to town.

Pros:

Buena ubicación, instalaciones excelente, todo muy limpio y comfortable. Me encantó el hotel y todo lo que nos proporcionó. La atención de Mary también (guest relation) que nos entregó información valiosa con antelación a nuestra llegada al hotel, siempre muy simpática y solícita. Recomiendo el 100%

A wonderful stay in Heraklion
Pros:

I made a last minute reservation in this beautiful hotel. Turned out to be the most amazing experience. From the moment I received my welcome message everything worked perfectly. The smooth check in,convenient parking spots in front of the property,beautifully decorated rooms and the amazing breakfast. I will definitely return!

Pros:

Prachtige kamer, fijn ontvangst en heel ruim en comfortabel.

Cons:

Wij sliepen er op zaterdagavond en er was veel uitgaanspubliek wat je hoorde dus oordopjes waren nodig. Voor de rest een veel rustig hotel.

Amazing breakfast, lovely design but poor service
Pros:

The rooms are beautifully designed and most of all the breakfast is served in the room and is really outstanding: freshly squeezed orange juice, variety of savories and sweets!

Cons:

No basic amenities on demand uch as a disposable tooth brush, comb etc.
Service was basic : when I requested a taxi , they pointed diagonally across the round about, however it was raining heavily and they made no attempt to call one up in front of the hotel.

If we come back to Crete, we would love to stay here again
Pros:

Considering our situation, cancelled flight, we were just looking for a place to stay the night, instead it became the best part of our trip.

Pros:

The room was spotless and comfortable well furnished. I had a terrace which was central but also private with plants. The receptionist Mary was friendly, efficient and professional. The hotel is near the port and bus station it is also only a short stroll to the port and the old town of Heraklion with shops and tavernas. I will stay at the hotel again when I am visiting Crete.
