Pros:

Het was een zeer aangenaam verblijf!
We kregen een flesje wijn aangeboden van het hotel en ze hadden zelfs Netflix van het hotel ter beschikking.
Mary was fantastisch en heeft ons ongelofelijk warm ontvangen.

Cons:

Het enige puntje dat ik kan bedenken is dat na het douche er zeer veel water in de badkamer loopt waardoor alles snel nat is.

Great location and very friendly/helpful staff
Pros:

Great location in terms of proximity to the Port, which is why we needed to stay.

The lady at reception was also very helpful and had great communication - both in terms of whatsapping instructions in advance and then offering ideas/suggestions for where to go and what to see.

Το δωμάτιο του ξενοδοχείου ξεπέρασε κάθε προσδοκία και αποτέλεσε μία πραγματικά άριστη εμπειρία διαμονής. Από την πρώτη στιγμή, εντυπωσιάστηκα από την καθαριότητα και την προσεγμένη αισθητική του χώρου. Η διακόσμηση ήταν κομψή και μοντέρνα, δημιουργώντας μια αίσθηση άνεσης και χαλάρωσης.

Το κρεβάτι ήταν εξαιρετικά αναπαυτικό, με ποιοτικά λευκά είδη που εξασφάλιζαν έναν ξεκούραστο ύπνο. Ο φωτισμός του δωματίου ήταν ιδανικά ρυθμισμένος, ενώ οι παροχές, όπως ο κλιματισμός, το Wi-Fi και η τηλεόραση, λειτουργούσαν άψογα.

Ιδιαίτερη εντύπωση μου έκανε και το μπάνιο, το οποίο ήταν πεντακάθαρο, ευρύχωρο και πλήρως εξοπλισμένο με ποιοτικά προϊόντα περιποίησης. Η θέα από το δωμάτιο προσέφερε μια μοναδική αίσθηση ηρεμίας και ολοκλήρωνε την εμπειρία.

Συνολικά, πρόκειται για ένα δωμάτιο που συνδυάζει άνεση, πολυτέλεια και λειτουργικότητα, ιδανικό για κάθε επισκέπτη που αναζητά υψηλού επιπέδου φιλοξενία. Σίγουρα θα το προτιμούσα ξανά χωρίς δεύτερη σκέψη.

Great Value and quality in excess of the official rating
Pros:

Great base for a trip to heraklion, city centre in easy walking distance. Suite was spotless, large and all amenities you would need. Staff pre-booking were extremely helpful when I had to extend stay and organised good taxi transfer from the airport. When I collected car it was easy to park in front of the building too. Great location would be my foirst choice for any future trips to Heraklion 10/10
