الائحة من الحمام تفوح وخاصة من الشباك المكسور الى المنور
الدوش لايتسع لشخص واحد
ولايوجد صابون او شامبو
والانترنيت لايعمل جيدا

there is bad smell in the wash room
no good intrnet connection

Pros:

Общее впечатление немного испортили такие мелочи, как сложное, с пин-кодом подключение к интернету, не мог включить телевизор, испорченный шланг в душевой кабинке, душевая ванна шатается, вода из кранов льется с шумом, совершенно нет отведенных для гостей парковок, ... А в остальном очень даже не плохо.

Don’t go here, extra fees and impossible to find
Pros:

After I booked and payed in advanced I didn’t get any info from the hotel , I called just ti be sure and the person who answered told me that I should go to another building to get the key which is very uncomfortable if you have luggage. When I got to that place the door was closed I knocked and there was no answer luckily I had a Russian phone so I was able to called, the said they would call back , when they called the told me to go to other building where my room was , again i picked up my luggage and when to this other building, where my room was and the woman who gave me the key said that I have to pay extra as the cleaning if the room was not included in the price I payed , terrible experience

Wonderful place
Pros:

Very helpful staff, there’s a little market and restaurant in the apartment plus a little coffee shop. I needed help with the washer dryer and they came up to show me how to use it and were very helpful.

Pros:

The apartment itself is equipped with the necessary facilities. Yet the surrounding environment makes it an undesirable option for staying in St Petersburg. It got a private parking area but lacked management. You could hardly find a parking slot if you return late because many cars are parked in a poor way; while if you do manage to get a parking space, you gotta pray that no other car would block your way out in the next morning. There is nothing you could do except waiting in your car when your way is being blocked by another car - because hotel management would not take care of that.
