Entäuschender Aufenthalt, da das Hotel im "Wintermodus", ohne Heizung und warmes Wasser usw. ist.
Cons:

Wenn im Winter nicht viele Gäste kommen, muss man entweder schließen, oder aber auch den selben Service bieten.
Heizung nur gering funktional über Klimaanlage. Schranktüren kaputt.
Kein warmes Wasser, Duschen nur kalt möglich!!!
Frühstück für 12 Euro völlig überteuert, für trockenen kalten Bacon usw. Da bieten andere Hotels für die Hälfte des Preises viel mehr.

I would only recommend it to people I don't really like.
Pros:

The location is quite picturesque, especially if you like staying close to the marina. The free parking is a bonus especially if you decide to stroll arround the city. The market as well as the restaurants and the cafes are within a walking distance.

Cons:

To be honest I chose the hotel because of the "genious" suggestion of the Booking app. It turned out be a not so genious an idea. The hotel seemed a bit dull, and gloomy. At the beginning I thought it was due to the season - November is not a wise choice for Fall trips.
The hotel was clean and tidy, because good points need to be highlighted. Unfortunately, that was the only good thing.
Upon our arrival the clerk was as she was agitated for some reason. I stated my name and asked if there were any other documents she required.. She replied that nothing was needed and gave me the key. I had no other informartion regarding internal phone numbers or wifi passwords- which by the way were not listed anywhere in the room. The staff's overall behaviour would resemble the one of distant relatives who had to put me up for a night and they acted as if they had done me a favour.
To make matters worse, there was an annoying smell which could be described as mould or like a dumb storage room. Of course the room was clean and tidy, even the towels were in place . The staff did their best to cover the smell at the reception and lounge area, the odour in the corridor near the rooms and within our room was unbearable to say the least. When I got home and took the clothes I was wearing on the day of my arrival they still carry the same odour.
When I complained to the clerk, she tried to put the blame onto the woodden frames in the room, take it from me... It was the smell of a dumb medieval cell.

To make matters worse, I decided to have a shower at night before bed, alas the hot water was not available. So I decided to take one early in the morning, and guess what!! No hot water whatsoever.. I decided to make call at the reception desk.. yet the phone number was not written anywhere.. I had to resort to make a phone call from my cell phone. They replied after my second attempt and after a few minutes I had a nice hot shower.

The floors were very dirty and the room was very dusty. Towels and bath mat were very poor/old off white/grey with holes in!!
