Pros:

Krásné ubytování s nadstandardními službami a velmi ochotným personálem. Výborný wellnes, skvělé jídlo, příjemné prostředí, vlídné i k rodinám s dětmi.

Cons:

Hotel nedisponuje výtahem takže veškerá zavazadla musíte vynést po schodech pokud bydlíte v podkroví. Chybí dětský koutek v případě menších dětí.

Pros:

Všechno naprosto luxusní, od příchodu do hotelu až do odchodu z ubytování. Jidlo nad očekávání skvěle , wellnes perfektní, pokoje a služby excelentní. Personál špičkový.

Cons:

Nemam co bych mohla vytknout.

Very comfortable stay, excellent food and great wellness facilities.
Pros:

Close to beautiful mountains, wonderful breakfast, great pool!

Cons:

The price for the wellness was incorrectly listed on the booking website. Apparently it was an old automatic answer to one of the customers but it confused us to be told the double price per person at the hotel. Would be helpful if it is fixed and clearly stated on the booking.com
