De uma estadia de presente para quem ama
Pros:

Peró é um lugar maravilhoso e a estadia no hotel ajudou a tornar a experiencia melhor ainda. Recepção agradavel, café excelente, ambiente super agradavel. Foi muito bom! Como era um dia de comemorações do dia das mães, o hotel acolheu as mães de uma forma explendida. Parabéns a administração e gestão do hotel.

Zero stress

O hotel é bem bonito e a equipe muito receptiva e educada, estão sempre dispostos a ajudar, tentando facilitar a vida do hóspede e não dificultar, tornando a experiência muito boa. A limpeza é ok, mas poderia ser um pouco melhor para fazer jus ao padrão do hotel, os vidros dos quartos estão embaçados de sujeira e o chão dos corredores oleosos, mas é compreensível por ser beira mar e ter piscina.

Tive um problema na hidromassagem do quarto e assim que liguei na recepção já enviaram o responsável pela manutenção, que prontamente resolveu imediatamente.

O estacionamento estava cheio, por ser feriado, mas mesmo assim os manobristas foram muito agradáveis e deram um jeito para que eu pudesse estacionar. Ficaram com as chaves do carro e sempre que precisei buscar algo no carro ou sair estavam prontos a ajudar.

O café da manhã é excelente, mesmo chegando após as 10:00h em um determinado dia, como ainda não haviam recolhido os alimentos, deixaram que eu me servisse livremente.

Sem sombra de dúvidas, voltaria a me hospedar no hotel, experiência foi muito boa, sem contar que a praia e a vista do quarto são incríveis. E ainda tem piscina com água aquecida, que é muito agradável de usar.

Cons:

Somente a questão da limpeza, que não é ruim, mas poderia ser um pouco melhor. Tudo é muito organizado, mas os vidros e o chão tem o aspecto de engordurados.
