La ubicación excelente en mi caso fui a la maraton de medellin y en uber fueron 10 minutos.

Avevamo prenotato l'hotel per i giorni immediatamente successivi al devastante terremoto del 10/08/2026 in Colombia, dopo aver vissuto l'esperienza del terremoto eravamo molto preoccupati e volevamo lasciare la zona adiacente all'epicentro il prima possibile in quanto sarebbero potute esserci delle scosse di assestamento. Abbiamo quindi chiesto all'Hotel di annullare la prenotazione e rimborsarci, ma abbiamo avuto un secco no come risposta perché secondo loro a Medellin non ci sarebbero state sicuramente scosse di assestamento dopo il terremoto (non sapevo fossero sismologi). In una situazione del genere, a dir poco estrema, credo che un atteggiamento del genere sia imperdonabile, ognuno vive queste situazioni a modo proprio e soggettivo ma l'evento catastrofico è assolutamente oggettivo e non può essere minimizzato e trascurato in questo modo. Questo è stato l'unico hotel a non garantirci un rimborso (nemmeno parziale), tutti gli altri hotel prenotati in Colombia sono stati molto disponibili e ci hanno rimborsati. Abbiamo fatto solo 1 notte delle 3 prenotate in quest'hotel e siamo andati via.

Posizione centrale, camere pulìte e albergo molto ben curato. Ottima assistenza per organizzazione tour e consigli su ristoranti. Colazione buona.

Direkt bei Provenza, Fussgängerzone, viele tolle Restaurants, Bars, Clubs.
Fenster schliesst nicht dicht, dadurch hört man den Lärm von der Partymeile etwas mehr.
Tür ist gar nicht schallisolierend. Man hört Gespräche auf dem Gang sehr laut.
Muy buena ubicación al lado de la zona nocturna de Provenza, personal amable, con locales alrededor para comer, farmacia al lado. Muy buena experiencia.
