Decent hotel surrounded by noisy clubs
Pros:

Good location in Medellín. El Poblado is very safe and there are tons of bars and restaurants. Staff were generally nice, especially the man working at the front desk at night.
Breakfast was also good, but it lacked a bit of variety.

Cons:

The hotel is surrounded by clubs, and the windows aren't very good. That means you hear the clubs blasting music like they were just in the next room until 4am EVERY DAY. The walls are also paper thin, and you can hear everything that happens in the hallway or rooms next door.

Pros:

El personal es muy amable, el hotel está limpio y bien ubicado. El desayuno es variado y esta rico.

Cons:

Las habitaciones son muy pequeñas. Había mucho ruido al estar cerca de la zona de provenza con muchas discotecas.

Excelente local de descanso em Medelin
Pros:

Localização excelente, próxima à região mais agitada de bares, mas silencioso, permitindo um descanso incrível. A equipe é extremamente atenciosa e solícita, atentos aos detalhes e dispostos a ajudar para que a experiência seja excelente. O café da manhã era simples, mas delicioso.

There are many other better places to stay in poblano for the same or a little bit more money
Pros:

The staff was the best part of this hotel stay

Cons:

We didn’t like that the hotel seemed completely different than the pictures in Booking.com. Not sure why it was different, but it was incredibly different.

Pros:

Ottima posizione ne El Poplado, struttura moderna e curata, stanza molto confortevole con frigo e minibar, comodi letti separati, bagno funzionale. Ottima colazione con prodotti sempre freschi. Una nota alla gentilezza dello staff.

Cons:

Purtroppo gli infissi non isolano molto e dalla strada i rumori si sentivano parecchio rendendo necessario l’utilizzo dei tappi per le orecchie
