Hotel Na Pláži

Gutes Frühstück und sehr gute Lage. Freundliches Personal und Extrawünsche (zweite Decke) wurden erfüllt.

Die Lage war top

Super nah am See. Zur Haupturlaubszeit sehr günstig. Personal war stets bemüht und freundlich, auch wenn das Englisch manchmal nicht so gut war. Unkomplizierter Check-in auch bis 22 Uhr ohne Probleme möglich. Schönes Frühstücksbuffet. Absoluter Pluspunkt: Kostenlose Parkplätze.

Lokalita je krásná. Lipno je čistá voda, pláže uklizené. V okolí je spousta cyklostezek, které skýtají spoustu možností k výletům do krásné přírody. Prostě dokonalá past na turisty ;-)

Wir waren jetzt dort. Zimmer ok ...Bad naja bissel schimmel an den Fugen...Essen im Hotel kann ich nicht empfehlen. Es gibt zu kein Essen eine Soße. Als Pommes bekommt man Chips...Nudeln Cabonara bekommt man ohne Soße nur geriebenen Käse über die trockenen Nudeln. Der Ausblick vom Zimmer ist super. Wir würden definitiv nicht wieder hinfahren.

We stayed at this property with our two young children, aged four and two, and were very disappointed with the experience. Upon arrival, there were no clear instructions on how to use the keys. We were given three keys, yet only one worked for the main door, and the purpose of the others was not explained. This lack of communication made the check-in process unnecessarily confusing.

The staff were generally unfriendly and unwelcoming, particularly the receptionist and the cook. We found their behaviour towards our children especially concerning. On one occasion, a male member of staff took a tool from my son’s hand while he was playing in the garden, and it accidentally struck him in the face. While this may not have been intentional, staff working around children should be more mindful and careful in their actions.

The listing had shown amenities such as a playground, which was not properly installed or available as depicted in the pictures. We booked for four. When we requested an extra pillow for our two-year-old, the staff refused, claiming that because of his age, no additional items would be provided. This response was disappointing and not at all family-friendly. A child that young is naturally part of the booking when travelling with parents, and basic comfort should be accommodated without question.

Communication was also difficult, as the receptionist struggled to speak or understand proper English. This, combined with the unfriendly attitude, made our interactions frustrating and unhelpful.

The rooms themselves were fair but cold. There was no proper heating, as the radiators did not work, and there was no underfloor heating in the bathroom, which made our stay uncomfortable. In addition, the room lacked basic amenities such as a fridge, air conditioning, or even a kettle to boil water for tea or coffee.

If you are looking for a warm, family-friendly place to stay, I would strongly advise against choosing this property.

We stopped here on our way to Munchen. It was a nice quiet town. Grabbed a bite to eat and left early in morning. The staff provided us breakfast early. They went out of their way to accommodate our schedule. Thank you,!

Sehr sehr dreckig. Das ganze Hotel stinkt nach Essen. Selten so ein ungepflegtes Hotel gesehen. Baulärm die ersten Tage. Personal ist bemüht, bis auf den Mann an der Rezeption.
Kosten wurden beim Check In erhöht.

11 Euro für den Hund. Wäre das Hotel sauber und gut eingerichtet: Kein Problem. Das Zimmer und der Balkon waren sehr klein und verdreckt. Die Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig.
Frühstück war OK. Mann muss viel Geduld mitbringen wenn mann einen Kaffee möchte. Das Personal war, bis auf zwei Ausnahmen, freundlich . Wir können nichts dafür wenn unser Frühstück Tisch nicht sauber ist... Und der "nette" Herr am Empfang ist die pure Arroganz.

Clean and safe

2 Zimmer reserviert, 2 Zimmer bestätigt, aber nur 1 Zimmer bereitgestellt. 1 Person daher ohne Unterkunft. Nach langer Diskussion, und ohne Einbuchung ins System, das fehlende Zimmer mit Vorbehalt bekommen.
Kommentar: "Kann sein, dass Sie heute nacht hier noch raus müssen". Am nächsten Tag bezahlt, und für beide Zimmer keine Rechnung bekommen.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt erst kurz vor der Anreise gebucht. Es war das letzte Zimmer und wurde dadurch völlig überteuert angeboten. Für 2 Nächte über 300 Euro ist für dieses Hotel definitiv zuviel. Am hinteren Ausgang liegt leider sehr viel Müll.

Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen. Es war alles prima. Schöne Landschaft, schöner Strand.
