Het Gevher hotel is een prima hotel om relatief goedkoop in te verblijven. Maar als je meer luxe wilt zou je een duurder
Pros:

We kregen als gezin de familie kamer toegewezen, 2 kamers met een tussendeur. Dat was erg aardig en attent. Het hotel is gedateerd, en relatief goedkoop. Het centrum met veel leuke winkeltjes, kasteel en museum liggen op 10 minuten lopen. Het personeel en zeker ook de manager meneer Hüseyin Saççıoglu was erg aardig en behulpzaam. De wifi op de slaapkamers was goed. Het ontbijt was eenvoudig maar voldoende voor ons.

Cons:

De kamers waren ‘s nachts best warm. En de gym was helaas niet beschikbaar.

Öncelikle otel müdürümüz cok ilgili ve nazikti odalar cok temiz konum güzel kahvaltıda hersey var ve özelikle salonun temizliği ve düzeni cok hoşuma gitti çalışan arkadaşlarda cok iyi ve ilgililer istediğimiz her an odamız anında temizlenip havlular yenilendi cok memnun kaldık Kayseri,ye geldiğimde kalacağım yer artik belli GEVHER HOTEL...

Hersey için çok tesekur ederiz.

Bu konuda bayo sevmedim diyemem biraz eski model ama yinede temizlik acisindan cok memnun kaldım banyo yenilenirse dahada güzel olur diye düşünüyorum..yinede her zaman tercihim Gevher Hotel..

A great experience in a city centre (kind of) hotel. Thanks everyone!
Pros:

We arrived in the tiny hours of the morning and it was not a problem. The room was marvellous with windows in two directions with views of the mountains. The breakfast on the top floor terrace excellent, and all the staff very friendly and helpful. Just a short walk to the centre of town and all the history and parks. The museum there was one of the best we have been to.

Personnel ilgisi guzeldi. Özellikle mutfaktaki çalişan abla .

Cons:

Otel personeline de belirttigimiz gibi alinan paraya gore daha çok temizlige ihtiyac var ozellikle banyo ve tuvaletler. Odalarin temizligi orta seviyede ama banyolar Kayserinin gobegindeki bir otel ve o fiyat için fazlasiyla yetersizdi

Fantastic staff that any hotel would love to have
Pros:

The staff were incredibly kind and friendly. I had the pleasure of meeting the Hotel Director, who went out of his way to ensure I had a pleasant stay. When I encountered an issue checking in for my flight, the receptionist kindly offered to let me use his personal phone to resolve it.

Odalarda ses izolasyon iyi değildi, personel iyi güleryüzlü, kahvaltısı güzel doyurucu, konum olarak merkeze uzak değil. Ancak genel anlamda sanıyorum ki kış sezonu olduğu için biraz pahalıydı. Aile oteli diyebilirim.
