Do yourself a favor and book this place!
Pros:

The location is JUST PERFECT! Is right next to the Amstel Station which connects to everything. It has breakfast, food for sale and laundry. And there is elevator, so you don’t have to carry you luggage up narrow stairs

Cons:

Cuando limpiaron la habitación se llevaron cosas mías de la habitación y no las devolvieron. Dijeron que se pondrían en contacto con nosotros y aún no han llamado.

The customer service was excellent. We were made to feel welcome. The breakfast was awesome. I thoroughly enjoyed it.

Ideale Lage und perfekt geeignet für Familien
Pros:

Ideal für Familien und praktisch eingerichtet.
Das Zimmer war sauber und sehr ruhig.
Angenehme Atmosphäre mit netten Gästen und freundlichem Ambiente.
Das Frühstück war einfach aber völlig ausreichend und mit genügend Vielfalt.
In die Innenstadt kommt man ganz schnell mit der Metro und das Auto kann bequem in der Tiefgarage abgestellt werden.

Cons:

Der gebuchte und bestätigte Early Check in war nicht im System und wir mussten kurz warten, bis dann doch ein passendes Zimmer gereinigt war.

Excellent property Clean, guiet, and easy access to pubic transportation to explore. Highly recommend it.

The location was great. Very easy access to the train. Check in was easy. We were a large group and they were very accommodating. The facility was very clean ad the breakfast was delicious. Very good selection. Very walkable neighbourhood.

Cons:

I get the reason for the bunk beds, but as an older adult getting in and out was difficult. Very comfortable though Everyone else was very satisfied

Fuori Amsterdam ma con la metro sotto l’hotel. 5 fermate e sei in centro. Alla reception ti fanno il biglietto per i mezzi a seconda di quanto stai. Colazione varia e abbondante. Stanze spartane ma con tutto il necessario

J'ai réservé deux chambres, mais je me retrouve avec une chambre et un lit à partager avec des inconnus dans une chambre. Il n'était écrit nulle part que nous aurions cela. Nous sommes une famille, pas un groupe d'amis. Quand j'ai demandé une chambre privée, c'était complet.
