Cons:

Hotel je bio dobar, ali smo imali jako loše iskustvo s parkingom koji je bio plaćen u sklopu hotela. Garažno mjesto od Q-Parka plaćeno je 150€ za 5 dana, a zauzvrat smo dobili izgreban auto. Oštećenja su nastala od radnika usred radova u garaži. Hotel ne želi odgovarati za oštećenja, a Q-Park ne odgovara na reklamacije ni nakon više od mjesec dana.

Pros:

I came to Amsterdam for a Harry Styles concert, and the location simply couldn't have been better. It was literally a one-minute walk from the metro station, making it equally quick and convenient to get both to Johan Cruijff Arena and to the city center.

The breakfasts were very good for the price, and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

I'd also like to highlight how clean the room was throughout my stay.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub!
Pros:

Wir waren insgesamt mit unserem Aufenthalt sehr zufrieden. Die Lage des Hotels ist super, die Anbindung an die Öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel könnte besser nicht sein. Das Zimmer war sauber, die Türen und Fenster schalldicht. Die Betten waren an sich in Ordnung, jedoch nach ein paar Tagen etwas unbequem und insgesamt auch eher klein und wenig komfortabel. Besonders gut gefallen hat uns die Atmosphäre im Hotel. Die Mitarbeitenden an der Rezeption und beim Frühstück waren super nett und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstücksangebot und das Team haben uns sehr positiv überrascht. Ebenso hat uns die Küche gefallen, wo wir uns selbst etwas warmmachen konnten. Vorhanden sind auch Waschmaschinen, die genutzt werden können.Wir würden wieder kommen.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war wirklich für vier Personen sehr klein.
Gestört hat uns die permanent laufende Lüftungsanlage im Zimmer und dass wir die Fenster nicht öffnen konnten.
In der Woche als wir hier waren, haben sich mehrere größere Schülergruppen aufgehalten, wenn dann 50 Personen auf einmal zum Frühstück kommen, wird es sehr schnell sehr eng…. Meiner Meinung nach fehlt zum Frühstücken mehr Platz.

Il prezzo che abbiamo pagato per il pernottamento non è all’altezza dei servizi offerti.
Pros:

La hall dell’hotel molto accogliere con area ristoro e mini market molto utile. Colazione ( con pagamento extra) molto buona e ricca. Personale del ristorante molto disponibile e gentile soprattutto una ragazza con accento spagnolo.

Cons:

La camera in cui abbiamo soggiornato era arredata con il minimo minimo minimo. Non c’era l’armadio ma solo uno scaffale in cui riporre gli indumenti piegati e 4 grucce da appendere su attaccapanni. In bagno non c’è un appoggio per un beauty case ma solo una mensola minuscola in ceramica. I letti in ferro scricchiolavano e i cuscini davvero troppo poco imbottiti . La doccia non pulitissima .

Estadia muito boa, mas nao perfeita (quase)
Pros:

Gostei muito das instalações, da limpeza e da localização para o que tinha ido fazer. Fica muito bem localizado para quem quer ir ao Ziggo Dome para um concerto ou ao estádio do Ajax, e também extremamente perto para quem ainda assim não quer deixar de ir visitar o centro de Amsterdão. Fica impressionantemente colado a uma estação de metro, autocarro trem, e é um local limpo e calmo na redondeza.

Cons:

Não gostei muito do atendimento inicial, não foi antipático, mas foi bem frio. Também não correu bem pelo facto de não informarem o valor da taxa de turismo (que é bem elevada) nos e-mails enviados até ao dia. A única informação partilhada até então é que o pagamento restante seria feito no momento da chegada ao hotel, mas assim, o valor da taxa turística é bem elevado e devia ser informado taxativa e claramente nas informações. Enviaram tantos e-mails até ao dia do check-in e nada dessa informação importante.
Uma outra funcionária foi simpática quando precisaram de limpar o quarto e eu estava a acabar de me preparar para ir ao concerto (pelas 15h30, até a essa hora não tinham efetuado a limpeza), e a situação ficou um pouco desconfortável e apressada para mim (mas também nao foi o fim do mundo). Ou seja, tive que apressar um pouco, porque informaram-me que se não limpassem naquele momento, só iriam limpar no dia seguinte (extremamente desnecessário, pois tiveram uma manhã inteira para efetuarem a limpeza).

Nada de positivo que possa destacar. Localização ruim, alguns funcionários agressivos, preço para hotel de 4 estrelas e entrega de hotel sem estrelas.

Cons:

Dificuldades de acesso à garagem (com preço exorbitante), quarto similar a um puleiro, alguns funcionários agressivos, café da manhã muito fraco (pouco espaço para a multidão de clientes), sendo assim, preço totalmente descompassado com o que oferecem. Por fim, venderam-nos ingressos sem validação de horários para passeio de barco nos canais: ao chegarmos na companhia de navegação, não havia lugares disponíveis no restante do dia para o qual foram agendados e, mesmo assim, não nos restituíram o valor correspondente a quatro ingressos.
