Pros:

Goede service, bij het verkrijgen van parkeervergunning, en in het algemeen erg behulpzaam

Cons:

Dat mijn borg van 150,= euro als verrassing kwam, en deze heb ik nog niet retour gekregen.

Tolles Apartmenthotel, willkommen heißend und schön!
Pros:

Sehr schön und komfortabel, freundliches Personal, Balkons, auf denen wir bei dem guten Wetter sogar frühstücken und zu Abend essen konnten. Die Anbindung mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln ist super, ein guter Standort in einem schönen Viertel, um Wien zu erkunden. Wir fühlten uns sehr willkommen.

The location is excellent, very convenient and comfortable for getting around.

I have stayed here several times before and everything has always been great. There has NEVER been anything negative during my stays. The room WAS clean and comfortable.

What really makes this place special is the staff. The team at the reception is absolutely amazing — always friendly, welcoming, and ready to help with any request.

They are very flexible and accommodating: early check-in or late check-in has never been an issue, everything is handled smoothly and with care. During my recent stay, the receptionist even offered me a coffee as a compliment, which was such a lovely and thoughtful gesture.

Cons:

This time I stayed from April 3 to April 9, and I decided to upgrade my room category because I wanted to try something different.

Honestly, I was completely shocked by the condition of the room. It felt as if it had been previously occupied by people who treated it extremely poorly. The walls were covered with marks and dirt, including visible shoe marks, as if someone had been walking against them in outdoor shoes.

The room had a very strong smell of smoke, making it difficult to breathe. The curtains and the sofa were noticeably dirty, and overall the room did not feel properly cleaned or prepared for a new guest. There were also marks and stains on the walls that were quite unpleasant to see. There were smeared nasal stains on the bedroom wall.

Unfortunately, I was not offered a room change. The staff did apologize and acknowledged that such a condition was not acceptable, but the situation remained unresolved during my stay.

This experience was very disappointing, especially compared to my previous stays at this hotel, which had always been positive.

Pekný apartmán vo Viedni.
Pros:

Budova aparthotela bola moderná, apartmány pekné, zariadené všetkým, čo potrebujete k prežitiu.
Aj poloha bola dobrá, nie veľmi ďaleko od centra. Na ulici boli supermakety, pekné reštaurácie, atď.
Viem odporučiť aj iným rodinám.

Cons:

Jedine, čo by mohlo byť lepšie, tak to sú tie dodatočné postele, čiže rozťahovacie kreslá/gauče. Napríklad náš apartmán bol úžasný, pre troch dostatočne veľký, mali sme samostatnú spálňu s manželskou posteľou, ale rozťahovacie kreslo v kuchyni pre tretieho člena rodiny nebol najpohodlnejší, pričom tá miestnosť s kuchyňou bola dostatočne veľká, že by sa tam zmestila aj normálna posteľ.
Pomer cena/kvalita asi by nebol zlý v normálnom čase, ale my sme tam boli cez veľkonočné sviatky a preto sme mali trochu drahšie ubytovanie.
Ale v podstate všetko bolo OK.

Чудове місце розташування ( пішки легко дістатись головних туристичних місць)
В номері було все необхідне для комфортного проживання ( тим, хто планує готувати власноруч візьміть із собою сіль, цукор, чай...)
