Stay was very bad.
Pros:

Blanket was wet, dirty, used and full of mouldy. Air conditioning not working.

Cons:

They didn’t provide room as per terms of booking through booking.com. They provide booked room to walking guest first and making story that booking not received. Booking.com sold room despite of no occupancy, etc

Over all satisfying
Pros:

Breakfaat was superb.
Staff behaviour was excellent.
Well decorated.
Spacious dining.
Nice rooftop.
Noise free in spite of being at busy area.
No mosquito found. Need to keep it up.

Cons:

Suggesting to provide 2 litres of water bottle at least.
Toiletries need to provide more for couples.

Confused about room categories, between King Executive deluxe and Crown suite.

Pros:

Everything, I loved it here. Booked an extra couple of nights i loved it so much. The staff were so kind and really helped me with my special dietary requirements. I would definitely come here again

Reservation . We had to separately do the reservation. They were blaming booking.com whereas we had confirmation from booking .com. The hotel's behaviour was very unprofessional . They were blaming booking.com . one person who's behaviour was excellent. His name is Imtiaz. He was very sorry for the whole issue.
