Tal vez la ubicación. Aunque no es mala, depende mucho como lo disfrutarás ya que una mayor o ir con niños no es lo mejor. Pero repito, no es mala.

Our Executive Suite room was nice and bright, clean, spacious, and had beautiful views. The breakfast terrace also had a nice outlook, and we could go up there whenever we wanted. The bed was comfortable. The hotel is in a nice neighborhood above town, and we discovered the lovely Parque Orito Ecológico, which was a quiet dirt road we could take on our walk to town.
The granola at breakfast seemed stale, and the coffee was weak, but the hot part of the breakfast was different each time, and a good representation of local Mexican breakfast food. Our sink leaked, but we didn't say anything, because it seemed like it might be a normal thing since there was a drain in the floor next to it. The little kitchenette could have been equipped with paper towels and some utensils, if we were going to do any kind of cooking, but I'm sure they would have provided that had we asked.
We loved the location as it was away from the center but we were able to walk everywhere we needed to go. As others have mentioned there is a fairly steep hill leading to the property from the center. Prepare to get a little sweaty walking back up or you can take a taxi.
The space has an awesome rooftop where breakfast is served every morning and we often drank a glass of wine up there in the evening. The team that works here were incredibly friendly and accommodating. There is an adorable little restaurant just a couple minute walk from here that served us a delicious dinner at 9pm on a Thursday night and there is a tiny little market about three blocks down the hill.

Francisko was an excellent manager.
The rooms were great, the pool lovely, and breakfast good.
The property is well away from downtown so it is quiet. A cab or Uber will get you downtown in 10 minutes.

1. Dine at Cafe Mercedes which is a 2 minute walk from the hotel - it’s fantastic.
2. Was up the hill past that restaurant and you can hike on trails overlooking the city.
