Pros:

The bed was very comfy but the carpet was dirty. No holder gor tooth brush and no hairdryer.

Cons:

The receptiin waz a disgrace. There was a cupboard which housed luggage and it was filthy and broken
So shoody and ruined the whole reception. Doors were very shabby with chipped paintwork

Central and good comfort.
Pros:

Wide range of options for breakfast and set in a very pretty part of the hotel. The room was clean and provided all the things you would need for a night away.

Cons:

There is no allocated parking which would have enhanced the stay. There is on street parking but this is limited.

Cons:

I finally got to the hotel around 11.30pm to check in and all the lights were off and the doors were locked. There was no sign of any staff about the place. I had called the property numerous times without any answer. The area is very dodgy and has a lot of drug users around so I felt very unsafe outside while I was trying to contact the property to get checked in. Once someone answered the phone and I was finally let into the building I was informed that the king room that I booked wasn’t available and was given a standard room with no change of price. Very disappointed and will not recommend or rebook.

Super séjour. J’y reviendrais.
Pros:

Hôtel de charme, bien situé dans le quartier de l’université mais proche du centre. On peut tout faire à pied. Très bon accueil. Super bar et restaurant.

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner.

Pros:

Absolutely brilliant hotel with bonus bar downstairs. In perfect walking distance to everything you want in Belfast. Would recommend to anyone and will stay here again on future visits.
