Really good location, nice comfy bed, nice bar- loads of eating places on the street.
Hotel landing, and near the bedrooms smells of damp - the carpet needs ripping out.
Our hotel room was facing a little alleyway, no view, quite dark - the window should be at least double the size, no fridge in the room!
The location of this hotel was perfect for our stay a 20 min walk to the centre. The bed was comfortable and clean and the shower worked well.
Our room had a window facing a wall with apartment above , we didn't spend a lot of time in the room so just drew the curtain and the alley below had some noise from the restraunt staff below but this didn't stop us sleeping
Reception staff were absolutely brilliant, very friendly and always happy to help
Shower was a bit hit or miss, worked one minute then shut off the next as well as temperature was hard to control

It was fantastic, romantic, and overall very elegant. The staff was friendly and welcoming. Breakfast is good; I liked the shower and the bed. The room is spacious, and I think the value for money is excellent.
- The toilet flush was "broken"—not completely broken, but hard to operate
- The huge photo of Gal Gadot in the hallway made me feel uncomfortable.
Not a lot . The musician in the bar was good . That’s about it
Where do I start . The bathroom sink very grubby in the water outlet . I had to clean it extensively before use . I will send hotel my video . TV was not working . Very poor WiFi all the time in our one night stay . The hotel is too dark all around which covers the rather grubby interior. Broken lift which I suspect has been out for a while if you look at the lift notice !!!. I don’t like giving bad reviews but this hotel I paid a lot for . The location is a bit iffy ..

Very dusty, dark and caused me some sneezing / respiratory problems
The location was great. It was close to Botanic Station and within walking distance of the city. There were many restaurant and cafe options i the street. The Botanic Gardens and Queens University were nearby. The staff were helpful when I needed to change rooms.
The noisy plumbing needs to be fixed.
