Fantastic hotel
Pros:

Even with the hotel going through renovations it was great. Beds were comfy and staff great.

Cons:

The shower was very slow hardly any pressure but manageable.

Pros:

Beautiful accommodation with excellent accessibility from Belfast Central Station, just a short walk from the Botanica metro stop. The staff were very friendly and immediately helped and explained everything, even with my weaker English. The breakfast was truly excellent and the service was great.

Cons:

The corridors in the hotel were really dark and a bit spooky. During our stay it wasn’t possible to connect to the Wi‑Fi, and Netflix didn’t work because of the same issue. The only place with a stable signal was the hallway outside our room. I spoke to the staff about it, but unfortunately it couldn’t be resolved. I appreciate their quick help and the fact that they offered us access to another Wi‑Fi network, but that one also disappeared immediately once we were back in the room. Still, a big thank you to the staff and the restaurant team for their wonderful attitude.

Cons:

One of the staff was incredibly rude at breakfast and refused service to my wife even though we were staying there. We left cash and jewellery behind by accident and called back no less than 9 times and the manager never rang back. Some good and nice staff but managent deplorable

I was really disappointed with the cleanliness of the hotel, when we got there, there was a sign saying that renovations were on progress which we didn't know, the rooms are very dark and the location is very noisy.

Pros:

The staff was friendly and the room itself was good

Cons:

We were woken up at 7:30 by intense drilling in the wall, without any warning or notice from the staff. We couldn’t rest after our flight was cancelled revolts night, which was the whole point of booking into a hotel.

Leuk maar kan beter
Pros:

Het hotel is leuk ingericht. Het heeft een gezellige sfeer. Bedden zijn prima. Personeel is vriendelijk. Prijs voor één nacht is goed in verhouding.

Cons:

De kamers zijn niet schoon. Op het meubilair zaten vlekken, op de lakens van het bed zaten vlekken en voor de rest was het allemaal niet echt goed schoongemaakt. Het ontbijt was prima maar een beetje aan de karige kant. Het hotel is leuk gelegen maar aan een erg drukke straat dus daar moet je wel rekening mee houden. In het hotel (op de gangen, trappenhal, restaurant) hangt een vieze geur.

Bardzo przyjemny hotel. Na miejscu znajduje się restauracja, gdzie serwowane jest pyszne jedzenie. Zdecydowanie jest to świetny wybór i plan na relaks po całym dniu - dobrze zjeść i odpocząć w klimatycznej atmosferze. Klimat hotelu i restauracji jest bardzo spójny i wyjątkowy. Ogromne wrażenie robi styl, w którym urządzony jest bar, a zwłaszcza drzewo za nim. To samo można powiedzieć o śniadaniach - są naprawdę pyszne - zwłaszcza lokalne! Personel hotelu i restauracji jest przyjazny i pomocny. :) Na miejscu można skorzystać z usługi przechowania bagażu w recepcji dzięki czemu w dniu wymeldowania można śmiało kontynuować zwiedzanie miasta bez obaw o rzeczy osobiste. Obiekt godny polecenia!

Cons:

Miejsce zachęcało do dłuższego pobytu - niestety urlop ma ograniczoną liczbę dni :)
