lovely little hotel 500m from train or 1k from airport
Pros:

lovely little family run hotel 500m from the station.
rooms were good sized and spotless. showers were great, everything in our room was in working order.
breakfast was ample with a delicious cappuccino a selection of yoghurts, patstries and toast.
staff were very helpful and directed us for a couple of things we needed.
we also stored bike boxes here at a small additional cost which was really helpful for us. I would definitely recommend this place and or stay here again myself.
my only negative was the noise from the trains but that was nothing that earplugs didn't resolve.

Qualitat preu, estava molt bé.
A prop de l'estació de Pisa Centrale, per poder visitar pobles i ciutats properes, l'amabilitat i l'atenció dels responsables de l'Hotel.
Ens va agradar tot, l'estada va ser fantàstica.

Great location in center of Pisa
Pros:

This is a good facility at an excellent location in Pisa. It is a family run hotel, and the couple are really well spoken and were super nice to us. We stayed there twice during our Italy trip.
The hotel is about 15 minutes of walk from the airport and like 2-3 minutes to the Pisa train station. The tower is like 10 minutes of walk and most of the good restaurants are in the vicinity. Definitely an amazing location.
The rooms were quite big and beds were comfortable. Rooms had all the basics according to their level and nothing seemed missing.

Bonus points for their friendly dog Tali :)

Cons:

The soundproofing in the rooms is a bit bad. There were some people literally smashing the doors in the middle of the night and we could clearly hear what they were talking.
