I've never been Egypt in my life an this Hotel is Amazing I traveled alone an I tell you I've been in some hotel's an never in my life have I been treated so well an made me feel so welcome as ive I was a part ov there family an every person in there said the same well run hotel 10 out of 10 manger staff security cleaners an roof drinks person it's a well run place.

Kan rekommendera Lilly apartment är väldigt bra läge och bekväm plats med bra och hjälpsamma pers.
Pros:

Rummet var fint och fräscht, köket hade ganska bra redning, men också fattades knivar och skärbrädor. Annars var det fint, mer kanske vare bra om det skulle finnas diskmaskin. Annars är det utmärkt med gång läge till centrum och stranden.

Cons:

I början var det lite svårt rummet vi hade med luftvärme alltså, funkade inte som det ska med kylning av bara vardagsrummet. Men när vi pratade med personalen så fick vi hjälp med andra rum utan kostnad, och det var schyst tyckte vi.

Merci engure au réceptionniste Abdallah et Haneen Al Jaafri qui etait a l’écoute dés nôtre premier jour ils ont répondu a toute nos attentes.

Mitigé, peut mieux faire pour le prix et la concurrence égale à ce tarif.
Pros:

Le personnel était agreable et nous a tout de suite bien accueilli.
L'appartement est spacieux et propre
Le petit café sandwicherie accolé à l'hôtel, en bas de la rue, de très bonnes pâtisseries, un très bon café, pas trop chers et un personnel hyper agréable et gentil. Je recommande une petite halte chez eux pour y boire un café, acheter des boissons fraîches ou satisfaire une envie d'éclair au chocolat.
Ils travaillent avec l'hôtel.

Cons:

La piscine a été mise en entretien pendant les 3 jours où nous y étions. Cette action de leur part est donc programmée et ne se fait pas sur décision du jour au lendemain. Nous aurions aimé être averti avant afin de nous organiser pour un autre hôtel qui possédait une piscine fonctionnelle.
Sachant que toutes les plages à proximité à pied sont privées, il faut donc payer l'entrée ou consommer pour y accéder.
Après avoir fait part de ma déception à la réception, on nous a donné 1 ticket valable pour une plage (sea shell) avec qui ils étaient en collaboration. Pas la plus jolie d'ailleurs, pas profonde, de l'eau jusqu'aux hanches uniquement, remplie de roches où d'ailleurs, pas de chance, mon compagnon s'est ouvert le pied à sang bien profond en y rentrant pensant n'être que du sable. Nous avons failli découvrir aussi l'hôpital d’Hurghada...
Heureusement les gars de la plage avaient le cessaire pour stopper la plaie, nettoyer et désinfecter avec les moyens du bord. Cela a duré une bonne vingtaine de minutes avant de stopper le sang et repartir avec un gros bandage. Mais bon, on dira que c’est de la malchance mais quand même, nous n'aurions pas eu ce genre de péripétie à la piscine.

De + si vous souhaitez rester un peu, rentrer vous reposez à l'hôtel et refaire 10mn de marche pour y retourner, vous devrez repayer l'entrée ou quémander un autre ticket à votre hôtel.
Alors qu'à la base vous aviez réservé un hôtel avec piscine.
Après cette épisode nous n'avions pas envie d'y retourner de toute façon.
Et redemander de nous même des tickets à l'hôtel (qui nous les auraient sûrement donné sans chichi peut-être), nous n'avions pas l'envie de faire cette démarche et devoir demander.
