Pros:

Procédure d'arrivée tardive parfaite, communication efficace et précise. Gentillesse du personnel. Petit déjeuner excellent et varié et surtout sur la terrasse face à la mer. On regrette de n'avoir passé qu'une nuit. Emplacement parfait pour visiter la péninsule de Valdès

Superbe étape pour visiter Valdes
Pros:

Superbe hotel... chambre avec vue mer. Parking. Mini ville très sympa.
Plage immense et coucher de soleil extra sur les rochers à droite de la plage

Calme pour dormir

Baie vitrée avec stores occultants
Personnel hyper agréable
Petit dej buffet extra .. copieux et bon.

Et verre de bienvenue offert.

Exelente vista al mar!
Pros:

Todo el personal super amable! La habitacion amplia y con vista directa al mar! Ubicacion del hotel excelente, primera linea frente al mar, y a 1 cuadra de los principales restaurantes.

Cons:

La "terraza" de la habitacion es en realidad un espacio comun, no privado, por donde pasaban otros huespedes, con vista directo al interior de nuestra habitacion, por lo cual si queriamos privacidad debiamos cerrar las ventanas black uot. Y siempre mantener la puerta cerrada con llave.

Pros:

El hotel es muy bonito y acogedor. Tiene varias estancias comunes desde las que se puede descansar y observar la playa. Cuenta con gimnasio. Además ofrecen servicio de tumbona y sombrilla en la playa.
Las habitaciones son amplias, cama muy cómoda e incluyen todo lo necesario.
El personal es muy amable y atento, tuvimos un inconveniente que resolvieron enseguida.
El desayuno cuenta con muchas opciones (buffet) y está bueno. Muy buena relación calidad-precio.

Habitaciones viejas, mal mantenidas, cuando llegamos fuimos a la playa y a la tarde nos bañamos y del techo del baño caía agua.
Esto termino a las 3 de la mañana con una gran estruendo que nos despertó a los tres no entendíamos qué pasaba mi marido se asomo al pasillo y luego se asoma al baño y se habia caído el cielo razo sobre la bañera.
Por lo tanto no pudimos bañarnos antes de salir de viaje hacia Córdoba. Y lo que mas me molesto es que no hicieron nada desde el hotel.
La recepcionista me dijo que tal vez podría darnos otra noche. Pero no sabia como actuar y no nos dijo nada mas.
Quisiera desde el hotel una respuesta. Yo pague por un hotel que me costó como si fuera un hotel 5 estrella y esta muyyyyyyy lejos de esto.

Estupenda
Pros:

El desayuno está muy bien, las habitaciones son amplias y cómodas, la vista es impresionante. El personal es muy atento, en especial quiero destacar la atención de Anahí y Julio, junto al personal de cocina, quienes tuvieron gran consideración para con mi mamá que es celíaca, asesorándola con respecto al manejo de los alimentos y brindándole distintas posibilidades de almuerzos y cenas, más allá de las opciones formales de la carta. Les agradezco por haberla hecho sentir tan cómoda y segura a la hora de comer.

Cons:

Creo que se podría mejorar el servicio de limpieza y el de playa ya que solicitamos varias veces que se nos agregue una sombrilla y siempre nos decías que avisarían a mantenimiento pero estos nunca llegaban.
