The breakfast was very disappointing at best. Some meals were hardly utterly disgusting at worst. The location was very central but very noisy. The stairs was dark and slippery. Like a trap.
They should really tidy up the place a lot.
Breakfast. Just skip it. Get some bread or whatever from Carrefour express.

La stanza era ben fatta e confortevole. Molto apprezzata l'acqua trovata in camera.
Gli ambienti erano molto puliti, bagno compreso. La posizione è fantastica, nel quartiere più vivo della città!
La colazione è servita in un locale attiguo, ma indipendente. E' molto buona, ma poco varia. Giusto per 2-3 giorni.
Molto comode le istruzioni di accesso alla struttura.
Il bagno era molto piccolo e ci si muoveva a fatica. Le tende non coprivano a sufficienza la luce solare.
The location of the hotel in the centre of the Jewish quarter was brilliant. With lots of bars and restaurants to choose from within walking distance.
The hotel was clean, and very traditional and had plenty of character. The breakfast was at the cafe next door and was very nice. The staff there were friendly.
The room (room 22) was very very small. It was too small for two people it should be a room for one person.
One window didn't open as the handle was broken. It was very hot during our stay and being in a small room with only one window meant the room was very hot. The kettle only worked when I held the button down. There wasn't anyone on Reception to report the problems to.
Die Lage ist sehr gut, um das Stadtviertel Kazimierz und die Stadt Krakau zu erkunden. Die Abwicklung lief komplett kontaktlos. Es hat super funktioniert: Türcode per WhatsApp, Zimmerkarte im Zimmer sowie Voucher für Frühstück. Durch die Voucher hatte ich Gelegenheit, mein Frühstück für den letzten Tag, wo ich schon früher abreisen musste, bereits am Anreisetag zu nutzen. An einem Tag, wo ich auch schon früher unterwegs war, konnte ich es später nehmen (bis max. 15:30 Uhr). Das Frühstück selbst im benachbarten Café war wirklich ein Highlight. Im Hotel und im Viertel war eine gute Atmosphäre. Der Kühlschrank hatte eine gute Kühlleistung.
Die Matratze war sehr weich. Das war aber kein Problem.

Hôtel très propre
This was my second time staying at Hotel Shalom Kazimierz. I decided to come back after two years because I had such wonderful memories of the hotel, the staff, and especially the quality of the breakfast. After two years, the only exceptional thing that remains is the location. Unfortunately, this time I was truly disappointed.
The hotel now feels somewhat neglected and abandoned. The decoration looks much more worn out, and there is no real reception service anymore — everything is handled through WhatsApp, which makes the experience feel impersonal. Plus, one day, our room was not cleaned at all.
As for the breakfast, it is now served in the café next door. You receive vouchers, but it is no longer a proper hotel breakfast buffet like it used to be. Instead, they offer a few brunch-style dishes, and you have to choose between sweet or savory. There is very little choice, and honestly, the dishes are far too heavy for breakfast. On top of that, they are not even traditional breakfast options.
The café staff were also rather unfriendly and not very welcoming. Considering the price we paid, I do not think the experience was worth it anymore.

Ottima posizione e rapporto qualità prezzo. La stanza e il bagno erano piccoli.
