I've already booked another stay next month
Pros:

The rooms are themed and beautiful. I didn't want to leave! The owners respond immediate to all text messages. I was in walking distance to the theatre and there were many excellent restaurants in that area as well.

My husband and I stayed in the Courtyard room for two nights and loved it! 12/10!
Pros:

This property was close to downtown without being in the noise corridor. The amenities were too notch; fridge, microwave, NICE bathing supplies— and my husband is still raving about how comfortable the mattress was!

Cons:

The toilet paper is some cheap single ply, so use a lot and wash your hands!

We love this place!
Pros:

This is the best place to stay. Lovely courtyard, nicely decorated rooms that are clean and comfortable, wonderful location for everything downtown, and accommodating staff and management. Parking is free in a secure area and the coffee tastes good. The price is reasonable. Why stay in a chain hotel when you can stay here!

Wunderschöner Außenbereich, hier kann man schön entspannen. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet! Ich fühlte mich sehr wohl! Check-in super einfach über WhatsApp. Nur 5 Minuten zu Downtown, trotzdem sehr ruhig gelegen. es war einfach alles perfekt! 👍🥰

Pros:

Good location within walking distance of restaurants and entertainment. Really liked the hotel room & outdoor patio. Check in was a breeze with the gate and door codes. The hotel was a unique stay and I would definitely stay here again. I was only in Tucson one night but wish I had a couple more days to enjoy this hotel.

Too unsafe to stay there.
Pros:

Arrived after dark,homeless people all around. No secure place to park our car. We never entered the property. We had to go to a hotel. Extremely disappointed. We want a refund.
