Property Description

Rent one of our home rentals, superior suites or suites! All areas have been lovingly restored and decorated in a plethora of period decor. Our themed suites are a fun alternative with several different options. All of this takes place in a beautiful setting with a large, lush courtyard just 2 minutes from the heart of downtown Tucson. Visit the eclectic shops on N. 4th Avenue! Walk to Rialto, Fox theatre or TCC in 5 minutes or catch the streetcar, go to the University of Arizona in 8 minutes or visit anywhere that Tucson has to offer! We are centrally located and only 15 minutes from the Tucson International Airport.

great overnight stay in Tucson
Pros:

The location is great - close to downtown Tucson and an easy tram ride to 4th avenue and the University. The rooms are all great - we rented four and the staff was so accomodating.

I've already booked another stay next month
Pros:

The rooms are themed and beautiful. I didn't want to leave! The owners respond immediate to all text messages. I was in walking distance to the theatre and there were many excellent restaurants in that area as well.

My husband and I stayed in the Courtyard room for two nights and loved it! 12/10!
Pros:

This property was close to downtown without being in the noise corridor. The amenities were too notch; fridge, microwave, NICE bathing supplies— and my husband is still raving about how comfortable the mattress was!

Cons:

The toilet paper is some cheap single ply, so use a lot and wash your hands!

We love this place!
Pros:

This is the best place to stay. Lovely courtyard, nicely decorated rooms that are clean and comfortable, wonderful location for everything downtown, and accommodating staff and management. Parking is free in a secure area and the coffee tastes good. The price is reasonable. Why stay in a chain hotel when you can stay here!
