Pros:

We have never felt more welcomed anywhere! The staff is just amazing, super friendly, kind and enthusiastic. Our beds were decorated with fresh flowers every day and twice I received fresh bouquets from the gardener which he creates masterfully while trimming the lush gardens. We completely overdid every meal as it was simply delicious and we enjoyed experiencing new cuisine. Fruits and vegetables are sourced fresh from surrounding farms. Not often do you order mango juice and see the barman run off to come back with fresh mangoes to blend for you. The location is just stunning and I could not stop taking photos. Accommodation is spacious and comfortable and the aircons work well. Small antelope can be spotted on the trails and bush babies are regular vistors and can be heard every night. The tour company bases at Moja Tuu is great and can arrange all your and transport requirements. They also arranged a wonderful 21st birthday celebration for my son. We will definitely be back

Pros:

We had a sea villa with our own pool. Room was very spacious, grounds well maintained. Customer service was a little disappointing. When initially shown to our room, we were not shown the switches to turn on air con and fan (which were hidden behind a curtain.) Not shown how to operate the safe, which had no instructions. Not supplied with a second roll of toilet paper (ours didn't last 4 days!) Food, while delicious, was extremely slow to arrive. Need to address these staff procedures to receive a higher review.
