Pros:

Posizione centralissima. Stanza molto grande e pulita. Letto e cuscini molto comodi. Caffè e the disponibili nella hall e ottima colazione al ristorante sotto la struttura. Bagno grande e con saponi e crema corpo. Unica pecca gli schiamazzi serali ma compensati da tutto il resto

The accommodation itself has genuine strengths worth acknowledging — the location is excellent and the room was clean and well-maintained. Under different circumstances, this could have been a pleasant stay.
However, what unfolded on my checkout morning was deeply troubling and ultimately overshadowed everything else. A few friends arrived around 10:00 AM to help me with my luggage and accompany me out. What followed was nothing short of shocking: a member of the reception staff and the housekeeper confronted our group in an aggressive and hostile manner, raising their voices and insisting that unregistered visitors were not permitted in the room. I calmly attempted to explain that my guests were there solely to assist me with my belongings as I was checking out — a completely routine and reasonable situation. My explanation was ignored entirely.
The situation escalated when staff members threatened to call the police. There was no disruptive behavior, no alcohol, nothing remotely warranting such a response. It was 10 in the morning, and I was in the final minutes of a legitimate, paid stay.
As a 38-year-old working professional, I have stayed at numerous properties over the years and have never once been treated with such suspicion, aggression, or disrespect. The manner in which the staff handled this situation was not only unnecessary — it was humiliating.
A great location and clean rooms mean very little when guests are made to feel like suspects in their final moments on the property. I would strongly advise prospective guests to look elsewhere. Management would do well to urgently address how their staff communicates with — and about — their paying guests.
Would not return. Would not recommend.

Fantastyczna lokalizacja na Starówce ale okna wychodzą na wewnętrzny dziedziniec więc intensywne nocne i głośne życie turystów w ogóle nie dochodzi do pokoju i nie przeszkadza. Fenomenalne wielkie łóżko, spaliśmy jak dzieci. No i te śniadania w restauracji na dole. Przepyszne, sycące i w pięknych wnętrzach.

Że musieliśmy wracać do domu :-(

Location is unbelievable.
No restaurant as part of the hotel but you get breakfast vouchers for a fabulous restaurant/cafe next-door and they are valid from 9am until 1pm so very flexible. Bed was soooo comfortable.
Staff are very friendly.

Cons:

Note there is no elevator so you need to be mobile to go up the stairs.

Дуже сподобалось розташування готелю та вид з вікна на церкву. Гарний, стильний, новий готель, було тихо та спокійно, дуже сподобався персонал. Окремо хочу виділити також сніданок, який був в ресторані неподалік - теж гарне місце і було дуже смачно.

Cons:

Є тільки пара зауважень щодо ліжка, хотілося б мати один матрас на одному великому ліжку, бо наші два розʼїжалися. Та автоматичне світло у ванній кімнаті! Я розумію, що це може для економії електроенергії, але це максимально незручно, коли робиш мейкап і світло вимикається на самому відповідальному моменті, або, коли миєшся, потрібно махати рукою щоб активувати. А ще вночі до туалету коли йдеш, я не вмикаю світло, щоб очам не було дуже яскраво, а тут немає вибору.. Але в цілому ми залишились дуже задоволені
