Pros:

Дуже сподобалось розташування готелю та вид з вікна на церкву. Гарний, стильний, новий готель, було тихо та спокійно, дуже сподобався персонал. Окремо хочу виділити також сніданок, який був в ресторані неподалік - теж гарне місце і було дуже смачно.

Cons:

Є тільки пара зауважень щодо ліжка, хотілося б мати один матрас на одному великому ліжку, бо наші два розʼїжалися. Та автоматичне світло у ванній кімнаті! Я розумію, що це може для економії електроенергії, але це максимально незручно, коли робиш мейкап і світло вимикається на самому відповідальному моменті, або, коли миєшся, потрібно махати рукою щоб активувати. А ще вночі до туалету коли йдеш, я не вмикаю світло, щоб очам не було дуже яскраво, а тут немає вибору.. Але в цілому ми залишились дуже задоволені

Pros:

Great location, close to the old square, bars and restaurants.
Clean room with good facilities and helpful reception staff.

Cons:

The stairs with luggage.
The location is great but could be noisy at night into early hours, not a problem for us, but something to be aware of.

Місцезнаходження-зручне.

Cons:

Я не побачила одразу, що сніданки в цьому місці тільки з 9 ранку, не підходить, тим, хто хоче снідати рано. В мене був літак об 11, тому поснідати по оплаченому сніданку нажаль не встигла…

При заселенні був дуже сильний запах «чистоти», стійкий запах всієї хімії, якою я так розумію прибирали. Я до цього чутлива, провітрювання протягом пари годин навіть не одразу допомогло..

Sijainti oli todella hyvä ja lähellä vanhankaupungin nähtävyyksiä. Lähellä on myös useita kauppoja ja ravintoloita. Huone oli viihtyisä ja sängyt olivat mukavat.

Saavuimme varhain hotellille koska lentomme oli niin aikainen, mutta koska ilmoitimme saapumisaikamme etukäteen, huoneemme oli jo saatavilla, mikä oli todella iloinen yllätys.

Cons:

Huoneessamme oli viemärin haju saapuessamme, mutta oleskeltuamme siellä jonkin aikaa ilmavaihto alkoi ilmeisesti toimia, sillä haju hälveni hieman. On vaikeaa sanoa, kuinka yleistä tämä on Krakovassa.

Pros:

Really lovely design throughout. Massive comfortable bed. Great location- just a short walk from the main square.

Cons:

Lots of stairs to 3rd floor- not a problem for us but anyone with mobility issues might struggle
