Location good, but this is a part of another hotel approx 2-300m away.
Communication between this hotel and the main hotel is bad,
We were sent on a pointless errand for a simple coffee, left waiting 15 minutes with no service, then stuck in a 35-minute dispute with reception before a manager finally stepped in. On early checkout at 3:45am, the promised breakfast pack and staff were nowhere to be found, and afterward we mainly heard from the hotel about an outstanding tourist tax rather than any real accountability. Nice building, but the guest service was some of the worst we've experienced — wouldn't stay again.
Everything about the property is beautiful, breakfast is served A La Carte and it’s one of the best breakfast I have ever had in hotel. All the staff is extraordinary and Petra from the reception was amazing, helpful and very friendly.

Geweldig mooi hotel in een zeer sfeervol gebouw en middenin het centrum. Betaald parkeren kon op loopafstand. Sibenik is een heel erg leuke, sfeervolle stad. De kamer was helemaal top en luxe, echt genoten.

Not even vaguely as described. Totally featureless box, not in the slightest as described in terms of features, personal touches or links to the building’s heritage. “Sea view” was a glimpse of water between other building walls and over rooftops. A great location but totally functional, basic accommodation. Very disappointing.
