Airco en koelkast koelden beiden niet.
De tudo, desde a simpatia e disponibilidade dos funcionários, ao quarto acolhedor e espaçoso, ao terraço privado com jacuzzi e uma vista incrível sobre a cidade, ao pequeno-almoço absolutamente divinal (o melhor pequeno-almoço que alguma vez tivemos em hotéis, pedido à carta, tudo preparado na hora com produtos de imensa qualidade, variedade e possibilidade de repetição)!!!
Estivemos 16 dias pela Croácia e esta foi, indiscutivelmente, a melhor estadia!
La struttura antica ma rinnovata nel centro storico
L’accoglienza non troppo completa e la colazione non inclusa .
De locatie is waanzinnig. Echt letterlijk midden in het centrum van de stad. Vanuit hier heel veel mogelijkheden om wat te bezoeken of om lekker ergens te gaan eten. De kamer had ook nog eens uitzicht op zee. Het ontbijt was een beetje apart, want doorvoor moest je naar hun andere locatie op een paar minuten loopafstand. Maar daarentegen was het ontbijt wel erg uitgebreid en chique.
Er stond wel wat beschreven over het inchecken, maar dat was ik in de hectiek vergeten. Je moet je dus eigenlijk aanmelden bij het andere hotel en dan gaan ze mee om je binnen te laten in dit hotel. Toevallig was er al iemand voor ons die dat gedaan heeft, waardoor we binnen 10 min. toch naar binnen konden. Er is dus niet echt personeel zoals een receptie aanwezig.

Communication between this hotel and the main hotel is bad,
We were sent on a pointless errand for a simple coffee, left waiting 15 minutes with no service, then stuck in a 35-minute dispute with reception before a manager finally stepped in. On early checkout at 3:45am, the promised breakfast pack and staff were nowhere to be found, and afterward we mainly heard from the hotel about an outstanding tourist tax rather than any real accountability. Nice building, but the guest service was some of the worst we've experienced — wouldn't stay again.
