Pros:

We verbleven in een prachtige kamer. De douche was geweldig (regendouche en normale douchekop, en erg groot). Ontbijt was lekker en het personeel enorm vriendelijk.

Cons:

De kussens op bed waren erg zacht.

We were upgraded because there was an issue with the room. The staff immediately responded professionally by offering us another room!
The breakfast was very good, as well as the location of the hotel.
As for parking, you will need to use a public car park.

Great location, friendly, helpful staff. Phenomenal breakfast included. Apartment with rooftop views over the city and hot tub was lovely, as was the "piano room".

Schönes Hotel in bester Lage!
Pros:

Die Lage ist optimal, direkt in der Altstadt.
Das Frühstück war a la carte und exklusiv. Sonderwünsche werden berücksichtigt.
Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Das Hotel und die Zimmer sind sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, allerdings auch recht klein.

Pros:

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt! Das Personal war unglaublich herzlich und hilfsbereit – man fühlt sich sofort willkommen. Alles war sauber, gemütlich und mit viel Liebe gestaltet. Die Lage war einfach perfekt – zentral und trotzdem ruhig. Wir haben uns rundum wohl und zufrieden gefühlt und können das Hotel nur wärmstens empfehlen!

היחס של הצוות ובמיוחד של Anamarie היה פשוט יוצא מהכלל!!! יחס אדיב, אישי, מנומס והכי חשוב קשוב לכל בקשה שהייתה לנו.
המלון נמצא במבנה עתיק שהיה הראשון שחובר לחשמל בעיר זו.
המלון עטוף בהיסטוריה מרשימה עד לפריטים הכי קטנים.
