Необходимо чуть подтянуться
Pros:

Останавливались в номере студия. Номер для 4х человек маловат, доп.кровать стояла прямо у входа в номер, не развернуться. Максимум студия рассчитана на 3 гостей. Сам отель достаточно новый, чистый, в номере достаточное количество полотенец, которые меняли каждый день, набор для чая/кофе, сейф, ТВ. Учтите, что студии находятся на самом верхнем 9м этаже, лифт работает хорошо. Понравились завтраки, 2 вида каши, лёгкие зелёные салаты, оладьи, шарлотка, стандартно яйца-сосиски, неплохая выпечка, вкусный ароматный кофе, чай в пакетиках Tess. Голодными точно не останетесь. Обеды не посещали, ужин отбил желание своими ценами, очень дорого. Персонал приветливый, на ресепшене старались решать возникшие вопросы быстро и с улыбкой.
Недоработки.
1. Пользовались платной парковкой. 550р/ночь. Извините, но это очень дорого, учитывая, что парковка находится не в отеле, а вход в нее за отелем,и она не крытая. При этом каждый раз надо просить девушку на ресепшене, чтобы они позвонили охраннику и тот открыл ворота. Охранник торопит гостей, чтобы те быстрее покинули парковку, якобы у него много других неотложных дел. Каждый раз при выезде и въезде будете бежать на ресепшен и просить открыть ворота, т.к. у здания отеля парковка запрещена (висит знак).
2. На завтраках на столах нет салфеток. Считаю,что можно было бы положить бамбуковые или аналогичные подкладки под тарелки. Выглядело бы эстетичнее, и добавить набор соль/перец.
Находится далековато от центра, но если вы на машине, не проблема.

Хороший отель! Остановилась бы ещё раз!
Pros:

Приличный многоэтажный отель в пешей доступности от метро, легко найти,приятная атмосфера, хорошие довольно сытные завтраки по системе «шведский стол»,удобная кровать.
Спасибо что учли мое пожелание!!!
Были мелкие минусы, но я не хотела бы акцентировать на них внимание.
Отелем довольна и порекомендую его другим.

Pros:

Номера чистые, уборка каждый день. Завтраки ужины хорошие. Персонал очень гостеприимный. Рекомендую.
