Abbiamo effettuato un soggiorno a gennaio 2023, ci siamo trovati benissimo, il luogo è meraviglioso, una spiaggia sconfinata e bianchissima, mare cristallino, piscina fronte camere curata, pulizia ottima, ristorante interno alla struttura molto buono con prezzi veramente ok. Staff attento è sempre presente. Qualità/prezzo favolosa!!!! Consigliatissimo

Les prestations hôtelières lors du petit-déjeuner sont justes. Il faudrait proposer plus de choix et de quantité.

We had a unforgettable stay at miramont Retreat. The food amazing, super fresh and local. The breakfast was always made with love and our extra wishes always fulfilled. We had an one hour full body massage wich was very relaxing. But the best were the people who worked there, everybody was so lovely and welcoming and helpful. For example when you needed medical assistence,they did the best to get you natural medicine. We stepped into a sea urchin and got approached by a jellyfish when we were in nungwi and the people from the hotel literally did everything to comfort us. We always felt save and comfy. Pool and garden area are very beautiful, we saw a chameleon and a bushbaby. Miramont Retreat made to extended our stay because we loved it there so much.

Bungalow supérieur à l'étage(B11,B12) très agréable entouré de végétation . Jardin très bien entretenu . Personnel de nettoyage efficace et toujours souriant .
Par contre comme l'année dernière , petit déjeuner très moyen , en particulier le minuscule petit bol de fruits frais . Et certains matins le manque de lait , de pain ou de confiture paraît incroyable dans une telle structure !!!
La literie est également à surveiller ainsi que la qualité de l'eau des piscines .
C'est cependant un endroit que je conseillerais à des amis en espérant pour eux que mes remarques négatives seront prises en compte ...Merci d'avance .

Beautiful hotel! Lovely surroundings! The food however was not very good but the next door hotel serves amazing dinner so it was perfect! We loved our stay

При встрече нас на ресепшн нам сказали "Добро пожаловать в рай"! Так и есть! Это тихое и спокойное место, нет приставал, море в 50 м, прекрасная лаундж зона. Жили в номерах SW (с видом на море), GW (вид на сад), бунгало (приехали изначально на три дня, а дальше продлевали). Территория отеля очень компактная и уютная: 2 бассейна, 2 эт.ресторан,3эт.корпус (sw и gw) и 1/2этажные бунгало; территория охраняема круглосуточно; прекрасный зеленый сад. В номерах есть только самое необходимое: кровать с чистым бельем и полотенцами, кондеционер, раковина, душ, стеллажи для хранения, 2 тумбы, в корпусе также балконы со стульями. Есть вай фай,но медленный. Редко и ненадолго отключают электричество. У нас завтраки включены в стоимость,мы брали испанские: омлет, тост с гуакамоле, просто тост, овощная нарезка, тарелка с фруктами, чай/кофе/молоко/напитки сколько угодно. Ресторан работает до 22-23 часов, можно заказать покушать/выпить, алкоголь в том числе. Персонал очень отзывчив, улыбчив, решали все наши вопросы, говорят на английском. В отеле чаще всего останавливаются европейцы, небольшая часть русскоговорящих. Пляж песчаный, чистый, но большое количество водорослей. В океане бывают большие отливы, тогда можно прогуляться до рифа, но острожнее с ежами,их много. В приливы вода доходит до забора отеля. Прекрасное место за свои деньги! Спасибо персоналу за комфортный отдых!

The location is nice & quiet but far from the airport & the port. Nice & clean beach on the front.
The staff are amazing, friendly & helpful but the restaurant needs to improve on their service eg they did not have teabags when we asked during breakfast. We had dinner twice & we loved it. We had breakfast every morning but it wasn’t filling.
The rooms are clean & spacious but do not have kettles & tea/coffee.
Beautiful place with amazing views.
Overall pleasant stay, i highly recommend it& we are definitely going back in summer.

We got charged for everything constantly, the waitresses and managers were rude, insisted and didn‘t comply to wishes, the electricity was off for 3 days while we were there: toilet and shower weren‘t working, no lights and no air con, no wifi either. The food was okay and cheap but the overall quality and atmosphere was disappointing.

Hotel has a very low price point to start with but adds taxes at checkout so actually not that great value for money . Came with low expectations due to original price , but sadly was still dissapointed .

Room literally just had a bed in it , outside balcony had no seating . ( deluxe room ) . Leaking sink ( was fixed by putting a bin under neath ) smell of sewage . No lampshades , no where to hang clothes to dry . Cleaning was good.

Included breakfast very basic ( not surprising for the original without tax price ) . Eggs and some very small portions of very random (2)things On the plate ( e.g slice of courgette with tomato purée )

One swimming pool filthy with nowhere to sit . Other swimming pool clean with dirty mattresses on some sunloungers ,some without covering . Most loungers without a mattress .

Only had one meal at the soulless restaurant . Very small portions for the price , but plated like a trendy bistro - not really suitable for the place . Restaurants near by offer a much better proposition .

Charged twice for incidentals , took along time to get a refund , but they were very quick to take payment when it came to paying the bill originally.

Staff mostly pleasant .

No WiFi in the new wing , restaurant / bar or the pool by the beach .

Reminded me of a very cheap package holiday hotel , could not wait to check out !

Hotel was temporarily under reconstruction, but owner redirected us to another his hotel called Isla Bonita. It was on the same beach. Everything was very good. We really enjoyed our vacation.

Construction site which was not told to us by the hotel prior to booking. They start work at 6am and end at 10pm so good luck getting sleep.
Animal noises like dog and cats. In the night again making it more difficult to sleep
No power at night. Looked like the hotel hasnt got enough power to power everything as the power will trip all the time. Spoke to the staff and eventually after complaining about no ac at night they showed me how to reenable it. But I shouldnt have to wake up at 1am and 2am to fix the power for everyone.
Sometimes no water or no hot water
No privacy with there only being a mesh net nothing to stop people looking through it
No communication of stay in a different hotel upon arrival
No chlorine in pool
Rude and unhelpful staff. Heard staff making rude comments about guests
5-10minute walk to another hotel for food.
To get to the beach you have to walk through a buildings site which is dangerous with live electric cables across the floor not far from water tanks.

It was a very nice staying. Small and cosy place directly on the beach !
