Good price for a standard room
Pros:

Central location, quiet, good views.
Kind and helpful staff. Although we were attended in greek it was easy to comunicate with her.

Pros:

The absence, in fact, of wifi connection. The all night noise of refrigerator and the absence of window shutter for this room!

Pros:

studio propre, tranquille, confortable. Hotel bien situé proche plage a pied ou voiture. Bar sympa.
Dommage: le WIFI ne fonctionnait pas. TV HS. Ustensiles de cuisine rudimentaires. pas de kit de nettoyage. Service correct mais a minima.

Pros:

Spacious room, very close to the beach. Owner didn't smile much but she was polite, I didn't have any problems communicating with. However when the owner is absent, there is a kind old lady with hearing problems, which is very difficult to communicate with.

There was evidence of wear and poor care almost everywhere; door, windows, chairs, our kitchen hood was covered in oil, the plastic cover in our bathroom light was literally melted by the heat of bulbs over the years. I didn't mind about those things, the price was ok and we only went back to the room for sleep, but I think it makes a huge difference to enter a property that is well looked after and this one wasn't.

First night on the premises an army of cockroaches appeared out in the yard, where we sit for breakfast and dinner. Never seen so many of them in my life. This really put me off. I had to persuade the old lady to do something about it, but of course such problems can only be solved by professionals and it takes time. The morning after a professional came around and applied PEST material. The following evenings the problem was much reduced in scale but still they kept coming out and dying, which was very upsetting as that was the area where we dined. Luckily they didn't enter the room!

Although I appreciate calling in a professional, this should have never happened at first place.
