Das Hotel hatte sehr schlechte Matratzen. Das W'Lan war jedoch sehr gut. Das Frühstück ist nicht empfehlenswert. Mein Tresor hatte nicht mal einen Schlüssel! Die 1. Putzfrau war schlimm, die neue OK. Das angebliche Dusch- und Badschampoo war nicht wirklich brauchbar und nicht in Döschen. Badmantel und Tücher waren teilweise mit Löchern, konnte man aber auswechseln. Die Fenster sind nicht richtig zugegangen und absolut nicht dicht. Baufälliges Gebäude. Es war auch sehr laut nicht nur von der Strasse her sondern im Hotel selber. Da die Zimmer, die Reception und der Aufenthaltsraum in einem Stockwerk sind. Das Personal jedoch war sehr freundlich und nett.
Ausserdem gab es gratis Wasser zum Trinken.

La ubicación del hotel es lo mejor que tiene. La atención del personal también, son muy eficientes y te ayudan con todo.
Como puntos a mejorar, la insonorización de las habitaciones, y la escasez de mobiliario en el baño.

Good location, clean, and the staffs are very helpful.

Overpriced and very very noisy. Stayed in room #10.We heard EVERY word or sound from frontdesk area. The water pipes are super loud. The carpet was dirty. The hotel’s only iron for clothes was dirty. The bed cover was a size too small. Housekeeping threw away my immigration card from my bed stand! Very hot in the summer time. It was very hard to sleep in this hotel and the service was polite but inexperienced. We did say WOW a lot.

위치와 직원들은 훌륭합니다. 객실 청소가 제대로 안됐는지 침대에 머리카락이 있었습니다. 다른 객실 화장실에서 물을 사용하면 엄청나게 큰 소리가 납니다.

Hotel bien placé sur Nevsky prospect, à 5mn à pieds de l'Hermitage et 30mn de la forteresse Pierre et Paul. Accueil chaleureux, réservation de taxi efficace pour le retour. La chambre et la salle de bain sont spacieuses mais bruyantes car nous donnions sur la rue. L'hôtel est au premier étage d'un bâtiment ancien et le hall surprend un peu. Pas mal de marches d'escaliers avant de prendre un ascenseur minuscule. Le petit déjeuner est servi à l'heure désirée mais il était peu copieux et de piètre qualité.

Location is amazing, right on Nevsky Prospect, and it offers great value for money.

En primer lugar, la ubicación del hotel es excelente. Atractivos tales como el museo del Hermitage y el museo ruso se encuentran a menos de 900 metros de distancia. No obstante, encontrar el hotel es una verdadera tortura. Se encuentra escasamente señalizado y uno puede perder varios minutos tratando de encontrarlo.

Una vez dentro del hotel, no hay mucho que agregar. Habitaciones limpias (aunque algo pequeñas), servicios amenos y un personal sumamente atento y detallista. En mi caso personal, fui atendido de forma espectacular por el staff. Fueron amables y serviciales en todo momento.

En general, muy buen hotel.

위치는 그 어떤 호텔보다 훌륭합니다. 다만 방이 조급 좁아서 답답할수도 있어요. 조식도 정갈하게 잘나오고, 직원들이 친절해요 :)
