I will never be visiting, I couldn’t imagine myself eating from their kitchen

If there was anything less than 0, that’s what I would rate.

The hotel didn’t meet my expectations one bit. We were given a room full of insect (ant). It was so irritating that we spent our time killing them and dusting our belongings. The ants was everywhere, on the bed, wardrobe all over our clothes, on the table. It was a very terrible experience and irritating.

Myself and my other went to complain to the staff the next day and we were given a key to another room with no remorse, insinuating that we dropped things on the floor reason it attracted the ants, like we are kids.

It was a very bitter experience🙁

Pros:

La colazione, lo staff gentile ed efficiente, la posizione vicino al Malpensa,l'hotel è silenzioso

Cons:

Ricordate gli anni '80.... l'hotel Roma non li ricorda.... li vive!
Le camere spartane e fredde, il letto e con poche coperte.
