Peisaj superb de la etajul 5 pe partea cu muntele unde am fost cazati. Mic dejun copios.

Curatenia asa si asa mai mult spre necurat. In camera mobilier utilitati mocheta pereti etc. invechite pentru un hotel de 5 stele.

La struttura non mi ha mai risposto , ho inviato ben 5 richieste informazioni sia in italiano che in inglese.
Ho contattato booking per sollecito ma non hanno risposto neanche a loro per ben 2 volte.
Nella mia richiesta chiedevo la disponibilità del latte di riso, infatti puntualmente a colazione non c'era!
Loro non si sono preoccupati minimamente di accontentarmi, non c'è e basta!
La colazione era a dir poco deludente, varietà ed assortimento misere.
Se questo è servizio da 5 stelle!
La struttura inoltre è vetusta si vede in ogni dove che tutto è molto datato.
