Erhebliche Hygienemängel im gesamten Hotel

Leider war unser Aufenthalt sehr enttäuschend und entsprach in keiner Weise den Erwartungen an ein 5-Sterne-Hotel. Die Temperatur im Zimmer lag konstant bei etwa 27 Grad, und es gab keine funktionierende Lüftung oder Klimaanlage, um die Temperatur zu regulieren. Dadurch war das Zimmer besonders nachts sehr unangenehm und ein erholsamer Schlaf kaum möglich.
Außerdem war im Zimmer sehr viel Staub vorhanden, was vermutlich auch mit den alten Teppichen zusammenhängt. Diese wirken insgesamt sehr alt und nicht gut gepflegt. In einigen Bereichen konnten wir sogar Schimmel feststellen, was aus hygienischer Sicht sehr problematisch ist. Auch die Möbel sind deutlich veraltet und abgenutzt und entsprechen nicht dem Standard, den man in einem Hotel dieser Kategorie erwarten würde. Trotzdem Zimmer Wechseln haben wir zusätzlich gesehen, dass Vorhänge beschädigt und kaputt waren. Dadurch drang nachts Licht ins Zimmer, was den Schlaf zusätzlich gestört hat.
Auch der Wellnessbereich war enttäuschend. Das Dampfbad roch stark nach Urin, was äußerst unangenehm und aus hygienischer Sicht sehr bedenklich war. In einem Hotel dieser Preisklasse erwartet man einen sauberen und gut gewarteten Spa-Bereich.
Besonders enttäuschend war außerdem die interne Kommunikation des Hotels. Bei mehreren Problemen gab es keine klaren oder effektiven Lösungen, und die Kommunikation zwischen den Mitarbeitenden schien sehr schlecht organisiert zu sein.
Der Hotelmanager, Herr Joos Attila, erklärte auf unsere Beschwerde lediglich, dass es sich um ein „historisches Hotel“ handle. Das ist jedoch aus unserer Sicht keine angemessene Erklärung für die genannten Probleme, vor allem angesichts der sehr schlechten Hygieneverhältnisse. Ein historisches Gebäude rechtfertigt keine mangelnde Wartung, schlechte Zimmerbedingungen oder fehlende Lösungen für Gäste.
Insgesamt entspricht dieses Hotel unserer Meinung nach in keiner Weise der 5-Sterne-Kategorie.

Hotelul are multe puncte forte, dintre care enumar cu prioritate: micul de dejun variat si deosebit, piscina lunga si perfecta, pozitia hotelului aproape de Bld. Republicii.

Liniște și priveliște minunată!
Pros:

Faptul că e fff aproape de centrul vechi,este un hotel curat,micul dejun a fost diversificat și de calitate.

Cons:

Nu mă așteptam ca turiștii cazați la acest hotel să plătească pe zi 70 de lei pentru parcare.
Nu s-a precizat faptul că există o taxa,doar faptul că oferă parcare.

Not a 5 star hotel!
Pros:

It is clean and the breakfast is good, but the whole hotel is definitely in a need of an update. There was a strong perfume being automatically dispensed in the corridor next to the lift. In terms of its rating we think it reflects more of a 2 star hotel not 5 star. Having said that the sauna was warm and the swimming pool huge. Breakfast was good except special coffees etc drinks were with extra fee.

Cons:

Corridor and room had strange bad smell. Pillows on the bed were really tiny. No place where to charge your phone. No drinking water provided. Not a 5 star hotel. Hotel needs quickly renovation everywhere.
