Pros:

Location was great, just across the Tram stop.

Cons:

The mattresses were uncomfortable! They fall in so badly, we woke up each day with body aches! The baby cot provided was also broken on one side, posing a danger for the baby.

Banheiro super limpo. Chuveiro bom. A limpeza do quarto foi feita todos os dias conforme solicitado. A equipe da recepção foi atenciosa e util. lencóis bom. espaço bom para colocar a mala. janela acústica muito boa pois ficamos de frente para rua em frente ao ponto de trem e não escutamos muito barulho. toalhas boas. Espelho para maquiagem no banheiro. 2 janelas grandes. Vista bonita da rua. vizinhança menos turística mas bem servida de restaurantes e mercados.

Cons:

a iluminação do quarto era muito fraca. Algumas lâmpadas estavam queimadas.

De ligging

Cons:

Personeel kan en mag niks. Echt keten gevoel. Heel de nacht hadden wij een tikkende geluid in de kamer kon niks aan gedaan worden. Bijna geen oog dicht gedaan.
Snacht en Volgende dag aangegeven enige reactie stuur maar mailtje naar hoofd kantoor.
Te slechte behandeling zal hier nooit meer naar toe gaan

The best hotel we stayed in on our trip!
Pros:

Everything!
The staff was more than perfect and spoiled us for our anniversary!
The room looked really, really good and equipped with everything you need including a coffee machine.
Everything was clean and tidy.
Really close to public transport (if you are worried about noise then they even provided earplugs by the bed even though they were not needed at all)

Nothing!
Everything was perfect!
