고객의 이해심을 뻔뻔함으로 갚은 곳
Pros:

숙소에서 4박5일 묵었는데, 첫 날 외출하고 들어오니까 라디에이터에서 물이 새고 있었습니다. 바닥과 카펫이 다 젖어있어서 싱글베드를 한 쪽으로 밀고 젖은 바닥에 수건을 깔았고, 라디에이터 밑에는 물 받을 그릇을 놔 두었습니다.
직원이 당일 중에는 해결이 어렵다고 해서 방을 바꿔달랬더니, 전승기념일이라 당일과 다음날이 전부 예약이 차 있어서 안된다고 하길래, 알겠다고 이해하고 넘어갔습니다. (시간도 늦어서 오늘은 어쩔 수 없다고 생각하며 넘겼는데 5일을 저렇게 침대를 밀어두고 카펫도 제껴두고 생활했습니다.)
직원은 밤 늦은 시간에도 계속 왔다갔다하면서 라디에이터를 점검했고, 플럼버(배관공) 2명과 또 다른 사람들이 다녀갔으며, 이튿날 오전 8시에 또 사람을 데려와서 점검했습니다. 문제 해결을 돕기 위해 웃으며 괜찮다고 했지만 15-20차례 정도 아침 저녁으로 개인공간을 침해받으니 굉장히 불편했습니다. 하지만 직원도 미안해 하는거 같았고 이 정도의 불편이라면 보상받을 수 있을거 같은 마음에 참고 협조했습니다.
그런데 퇴실할 때 되니까, 4박 중 첫 날만 15% 할인을 해 준다고 하더라구요. 혹시 fifty(50)를 fifteen(15)으로 잘못 들었나 했는데, fifteen(15)이 맞다고 하더라구요. 그래서 제가 직원한테, "당일 방을 직접 본 당사자로서 그 방이 당시에 고객에게 내 줄 수 있는 방 상태였다고 생각하냐?"고 물었더니, 자기는 모른다고... 자기 보스가 15%만 할인 해 주라고 했다고... 그러면서 한숨을 푹푹 내쉬는데, 어찌나 대놓고 티를 내는지 저희도 기가 찼습니다.
저희 가족 모두 황당해서, 따지다가 그냥 결제해 주고 결국 호텔스닷컴에 상세설명과 함께 문의메일을 보냈는데.. 자체적으로 합의한 걸로 보인다며 별다른 조치를 취해주진 않네요...
다른 이용자 분들도 아셨으면 해서 이렇게 후기를 작성했습니다. 비싸고 좋은 호텔은 아니었지만 관리 부실로 생긴 불편을 왜 고객이 부담해야 되는지 잘 모르겠네요.. 모스크바에 가실거라면 되도록이면 여기말고 다른 숙박업체 이용하시길 바랍니다.

참.. 욕조 있는 방에 묵었었는데 물은 잘 나오는데 배수가 너무 안되서 샤워랑 욕조 쓰는데 불편했어요.
그리고 엘리베이터가 많이 노후돼서 불안할 정도로 많이 덜컹거립니다.

Pros:

Центр города - близко к метро и Красной площади. Вежливый персонал. Уютный трехместный номер соответствует фото, большие и мягкие кровати с белоснежным бельем. В комнате есть телевизор, стол, тумбочки, чайник с принадлежностями, кондиционер, интернет, тапочки. Чистая ванная с принадлежностями и феном немного тесновата.
Нет холодильника, но нам и не понадобился.
