Pros:

Çok temiz ve geniş odalar ev gibi çamaşır makinası ütü bulaşık makinası mutfak ev aletleri hepsi var ve yemek yapabilirsiniz. Danışmadaki Semir bey Türkçe biliyor ve çok yardımcı oldu.

La camera era veramente grossa con due camere da letto, un grande soggiorno ed un bel bagno, una delle mie cose preferite il balcone dove ci rilassavamo alla sera

Неплохо, но надо изменить обстановку в номере.
Pros:

Приятные сотрудники, постарались выполнить все мои просьбы, даже принесли вечернюю лампу к кровати. Хороший вид на море и горы. Регулярная уборка в номере. Собственный паркинг.

Cons:

В номере крайне неудобная мебель - очень высокие стулья на кухне, вы просто не можете нормально сидеть во время еды, нет места для работы с лаптопом - или низкая мебель, или очень высокая, абсолютно неудобные кресла на балконе, через 10 мин полностью затекает шея.
В номере отсутствовали вечерние приглушённые источники света, из-за чего вечером очень некомфортно. Мне принесли лампу отдельно по просьбе.

Fiyat performans açısından çok mantıklı bir seçim
Pros:

Geniş ferah ve temiz/yeni odalar. Çamaşır makinası ve bulaşık makinası gibi çok fazla extra olanak var. Tesis sorumlusu Semir bey hem Türkçe konuşabiliyor hem de çok sıcak kanlı ve iyi bir işletmeci.

Cons:

Taharet musluğu olsa çok daha iri olurdu 😌

The apartment was very spacious and the staff were very helpful.

Cons:

The apartment needs an upgrade.The Wi-Fi was very poor, the shower was wobbly, same as the curtain rails, and the furniture had noticeable signs of wear. The pots were extremely scrached and not really suitable for cooking.
We stayed in sea-view apartment.The view was nice but keep in mind that you can also see the cemetery along with the sea. The location is quite far from the Old Town, but there are restaurants and cofee shops nearby.
We were lucky to. book this apartment at half price, as it's definitely not worth the full price.

Aconchegante porém, um pouco enganada pela vista.
Pros:

Do quarto geladinho o tempo todo. Quando chegamos o ar-condicionado estava ligado em uma temperatura boa, mas eu consigo dormir apenas em quarto mais gelado, o que nao aconteceu nessa primeira noite, porém nas noites seguintes o quarto esfriou do jeitinho que gosto.

Cons:

A roupa de cama foi trocada apenas no quarto dia, e a limpeza era apenas a troca de toalhas e a cama arrumada, a sujeira no chao, especialmente do banheiro foi ficando cada vez mais nítida, mas sempre ficava na esperança de que iam limpar, o que, ao final infelizmente não aconteceu.
Outra coisa que notei foi a foto da vista na varanda, o que fiquei bem decepcionada pois quando reservei o quarto, a foto mostrava uma vista melhor, que claramente eram apenas dos quartos nos andares anteriores, inclusive a foto foi crucial para a minha decisão de escolher essa hospedagem, mas nao foi o que recebi.

Prostoren, lepo urejen apartma v novejšem objektu. Ima tudi zunanji bazen, ki pa ga žal nismo imeli časa uporabiti.

Cons:

Na splošno večjih pomanjkljivosti nismo zaznali. Največji minus (ne samo tej nastanitvi) je utesnjenost med ostale zgradbe (večinoma počitniške). Pozidanost obale v Budvi je pregosta. Promet je obupen.
