A pleasant stay
Pros:

Stayed at hotel for 1 night. It is well located, being 5 minutes walk from the impressive Belfast train and bus station. Also well placed for walking into the city centre. We booked the hotel through a BA holiday package and although on arrival there was an issue in respect of paying for the room this was resolved.
Our room was a corner room which was pleasant and clean. Tea and coffee making facilities were in the room although no water.
We had read stories about queues for breakfast but did not experience this and there was plenty of fresh food available and it was what you would expect from a hotel of this type.
All the staff were friendly.

Hotel is in a good location for us when I am doing the marathon. It is close to all that I need.
Pros:

I was running the marathon and breakfast started a 6am which was perfect for me. The second day breakfast was very busy and we had to wait to be seated.

Cons:

There was nothing to dislike about our stay.

Good place to stay
Pros:

Was a good spread for breakkie . This hotel I thought is in a walkable distance to city . We enjoyed the stroll . Great that the paid car park was beside it too. Overall

Cons:

I emailed weeks earlier to ask for adjoining rooms and was informed I just needed to request when I checked in. I did this and was told the room I booked didn’t have that option - this could have been told to be when I emailed earlier . Also the fact that our rooms was far apart from each other - they could have made an effort to put us side by side . Especially since I have emailed much earlier to ask for adjoining room- giving us different options to stay closer together as a family .

Confortável, moderno, e muito central em Belfast
Pros:

Quarto super confortável, moderno e espaçoso.
Muito bom pequeno almoço. Era bastante diversificado e com muitas alternativas. A qualidade dos produtos era superior
Staff disponível, mantendo tudo organizado. Permitiram check-in ainda antes de almoço.
Centralidade na cidade.
Proximidade da estação de Bus

Cons:

Hora de pico do pequeno almoço fazia ocupar espaços da entrada do hotel.
Obras na estrada/passeios junto ao hotel.
Estacionamento público pago logo pelas 8:00 AM em frente ao hotel
